Avon Town Hall Park

Really solid little 9 hole Disc Golf Course! This course weaves its way around one side of this beautiful park. There are a few Ace Run holes, and there are a few long distance holes. This used to be an 18 hole course, but the back 9 had to be removed due to overuse. The front 9 are still fun though! My only complaint about this park would have to be that a few of the Tee Pads are painted onto one of the walking paths, which you have to “share” with the walkers. Even then though, as long as there aren’t many people out there, it isn’t a problem. Still a great course though! I definitely recommend stopping to play a quick round if you’re ever in the area!

Beautiful park. Nice paved path that goes around the lake. I saw a lot of wildlife, including a frog, turtle, great blue heron, gold finches, a hummingbird, and ducks. Had a lovely walk.

We’ve enjoyed Avon Town park for many years now whether it’s the whole family or just my wife and I. We also bring our dogs too. ‘It’s a very enjoyable atmosphere with a little dose of nature. We also went to the fireworks there this last July it was a great show and had many vendors to grab a bite to eat. Great place!

Great place to take the family to relax with a walk around the pond or fields. The parks are great for getting the kids tired. It's very scenic, especially during fall. The trees showcase all the colors that make fall a beautiful season. The Disc Golf course offers fun for all ages.

Serene, peaceful, beautiful. One large playground for kids with sheltered sitting areas, the other side of the park is a large walking trail circling around a scenic lake with trails leading outward to explore. Well maintained and right beside the police station.

Avon Town Hall Park is a family favorite for us. We have done several well orchestrated events as business vendors for trunk or treats and other various events in the park over the years. We have enjoyed many strolls on the walkway around the water with our dogs and every time we have visited the park trail has been well manicured and maintained. There is a ton of playground equipment for kids to enjoy and lots of other options for exercise no matter your age. Be sure to check out the little free library if you decide to relax by the water for a bit while in the park!

We have lived on the west side for years. A few weeks ago we stumbled upon Avon Town Hall Park. Awesome park. Great walking/bicycle path throughout the park. 2 playgrounds, can't wait to take our granddaughter too. Great place for wheelchair bound persons, all the paths are paved. Just beautiful.

Nice Bocce Ball court. Great park with two playgrounds. Lake. Disc golf. Ping pong. Ladder Ball. Cornhole. RC car track. Paved trails. Very nice!

Avon Town Hall Park is the most beautiful, and well managed park I have experienced in a long time. So many trails , and different terrains. I love going here to train dogs that I am working with, and their owners

Very nice neat park area. Big playground with a bunch of different slides and places to climb. Big shelter and many picnic tables. However, not a single trashcan to be seen...

I'm an engagement photographer in Indianapolis and I shot a proposal here at Avon Town Hall Park. It was the perfect, romantic spot for a proposal and there were so many different areas to take photos at. I can't wait to take more here soon!

The parks crew here is great. Reported a large branch that clearly snapped off in the wind storm last night 3-3-23. It was dangling waiting to fall on the play ground. Within 30 min of reporting they got it down and cleaned up keeping our kids safe. Thanks guys!

This place is always so nice, we come here to fish. Such a beautiful view.. there is a park for kids to play, paths for walking/jogging and bike riding..

It is a decently sized park where you can walk, play on the playground, or even hike a little.

My 2.5yo has a great time at this park. The large play/slide/climb unit has many varied slides for all ages. We like this park to practice stairs.
