IndyWest Harley-Davidson

Haven’t posted any reviews for any of my past experiences with IndyWest but just to make mention, I have bought 2 bikes off of them over the last few years gladly. Also. I partook in the Riders Course a few years ago to obtain my endorsement successfully and it was a very good experience and had a pretty good couple of coaches. They are a very good place to do business with and seem to be always keep their floor stocked with plenty of merchandise and Used, pre owned, new Bikes. In addition, The service department has always did a fantastic job!

Great deal from Cale. Gave me a offer I couldn't resist. Got the bike 3 days before Christmas. It's gonna be a long winter! Lol

UPDATE! Here it is 2024, now both retired. Just bought our retirement scooter! Heres big Brian making the anticipated delivery today. I hope they treat this guy well cause he’s a real keeper.
Had a flawless sales experience with Doug, and “extras” install through parts & servivce. Cant say enough good things about ALL our experiences with this place. Love em to death, right down to the freindly (cute!) clothing ladies! Kudos to this team! Ps; Ive met the little lady that manages this store and shes quite the peach as well!

Bought a new Ultra limited there back in 2016. Cant even count the thousands Ive spent there since, BUT, even if its just for a couple of screws in parts, or a little advice from sales , Im always treated like family. Love that place & stop anytime we’re scootin by...!

Excellent place awesome staff Cale was my salesman he even checked on me next day after I rode home nice bikes they really discounted my bike bran new I would highly recommend

All members were exemplary in their duties. Our trike was thoroughly tested and ready to ride when purchased. Awaiting delivery to my house very soon. Great Place.

The Bikes are more awesome than ever! The new models are to Drool Over! Then throw down the Cash and Ride off into the Sun, That's after you pick up a shirt, some gloves. And Friend to Hit the Pavement With...That's what Happens Here!! P.s. HD Stands for Hundred Dollars!! That's what I spend everytime I walk in here!

It’s been a few weeks since my experience, but I just wanted to say I enjoyed working with the IndyWest team from start to finish. I was very specific on the make, model, and options of the motorcycle I wanted and IndyWest had exactly what I was looking for so I reached out to them. Troy got back with me right away and I appreciate the team working with me from afar since I live in Fort Wayne. We were able to have productive conversations prior to me making the trip south to see the bike in person and take a test ride. Troy in sales was easy to talk to, easy to work with, low pressure, and was helpful throughout the process. I need to mention again how important it was for me not having a salesperson trying to push me reluctantly into a sale or steer me into a more expensive model that I did not want. I was able to go down on a Saturday morning, finalize the deal by lunchtime and then coordinate our schedules with the team for dropping off my new bike and picking up my trade-in. A few days later Bryan showed up in my driveway with a nice delivery van with ramp and was able to back up very close to my garage so we didn’t have to mess around with any inclement weather concerns. I was very impressed with Bryan’s attention to detail and meticulousness in ensuring the new motorcycle was taken care of and in impeccable condition throughout the delivery process. I must say, I initially had reservations about working with a dealer 2.5hrs away in the winter time when I have a local dealer closer to me. Those concerns disappeared quickly and once I took delivery, I am pleased with the overall outcome and experience and would highly recommend IndyWest to anyone. Now, I just need the weather to warm up and snow to melt so I can start putting some miles on my new ride… until then, I’ll just have to admire it sitting in my garage.

I’ve bought 2 bikes from Indy West in the last 2 years, both times the sales department was AWESOME! I come In frequently to get parts/accessories and those departments are awesome! Service department is great, and they will do everything they can to keep you happy and on the road! Indy West will always be my favorite HD Dealer!

Recently purchased a new motorcycle here. Sales staff and management were a joy to work with - professional and courteous. My salesperson was very knowledgeable about all makes and models of performance motorcycles. I left feeling like I got fair price on my trade and the dealership was willing to work with me to to reach a fair price overall. A+++ experience.

I bought my first Harley - Davidson from Doug! I love my bike and Doug was very nice to work with. Since then I've bought ridding boots and gloves. Got 2 Very cool Tee shirts for me from Harley - Davidson for free.! Some very cool saddle bags are going on my bike Tuesday. I can't wait to see it! A HD jacket is next on my list. I also joined the HOG (Harley Owners Group) group. Check it out if you're not a member already.! Great benefits!

We went there on December 8th to see what bikes they had. Honestly didn't plan on purchasing a bike that day. We were greeted by salesperson Doug. Showed us all the used bikes on the showroom floor and back in the other building. I seen the one I purchased and instantly loved it! Doug was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. When I decided that was the one I wanted they worked with me and my circumstances to get me on that bike! The Indy West staff are awesome and I would recommend anyone there for their Harley purchase! You all rocked!!! Especially Doug!!!

We had amazing customer service meet us 10 mins till close & we left with street glide. They are all very nice and great to work with.

Doug walked me through every step of the way answering every question along the way. I felt like one of the family. He was very personable and remembered why I wasn't there the previous weekend because of my parents. Personal touch means all the difference in the world it wasn't about getting the dollar it was about making it work for the rider. I have search got years for this babyblue, electric blue Softail, and his email to me with this bike, I knew she was the one. From financing, to parts, to service, and floor and cashiers, everyone was amazing. Ringing the bell, feeling the pride of owning my first new vehicle and it was a Harley Davidson. Went in to buy a tire, had no hopes I would get it changed within the HOUR, BUT their excellent service team fulfilled my wants and got me on the road. Thanks guys!
