I think most consumers fail to utilize this site properly. The BBB not only takes complaints but also allows you to leave reviews of your experience with all the business you visit.

The service that I received from the BBB was great. I left a message because I had a few questions regarding my profile. Wendy called me back and was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions. She even helped me by giving me additional tips to help with my business.

I was calling for my mother about a black top company that wanted to top coat her driveway. The lady that I spoke with looked up the company and found no report, good or bad with the BBB. So she tried to pull the company up on the computer and found no such company so that told us they were possibly a fly by night company just trying to make a quick buck off an old lady or something. That lady for the B B B went the extra mile to help my mom. I Really appreciated her help😊

I had a terrible experience with a company and they were threatening legal action even though there was proof they were in the wrong. I attempted for probably 6 months to resolve it on my own and was unsuccessful. I finally brought in reinforcements in the form of the BBB. The process of filing a claim was quick and they worked for me to bring a resolution quickly. Not only were they fast, I was fully satisfied with the result.

The BBB was so helpful and informative concerning multiple questions. Once voiced there was a through response in a timely manner that was punctal and straight to the point. Showing the value on not just professionalism but a genuine empathy towards the everyday consumers needs. 10 out of 5 stars is my recommendation!

Submitted a complaint that was promptly acknowledged to me, then sent to the business (that quickly responded/got their attention😵‍💫). Business' response was acceptable, but when BBB sent followup email to confirm, I didn't carefully read it, so didn't confirm the acceptable business response.

I seem to have hidden fee’s and incorrect fee’s with AT&T. I always keep all my emails and information dealing with them. Then, when I can’t get them resolved via AT&T, I contact the BBB, and they have always taken care of the problem. Great organization!

Really.. Giving the BBB Building a bad review because YOU got screwed over by a company. They are there to assist you, they aren't magic and can't do everything but for the most part they are helpful. I think it boils down to you should probably take responsibility for your actions and be thankful we have something like the BBB available to us when we have nowhere to turn.

I just had my mini barn roof replaced by Expert General Contractors an they did a great job. A great job at a reasonable price. Quality work quality materials and the people were nice. Dale Urban was great from the estimate to completion. An excellent company to do business with.
