Most incompetent company on the planet. This location waneed to charge me $10.00 to hand over my AMAZON package that was supposed to be "delivered to front desk". Package still sits there 2 weeks later. TRASH STAFF.
Then i call Customer service.

Customer service SUCKS, don't understand what you tell them, can't understand them.

Ditto previous comments, maddening that they charge a $10 convenience fee (for a prepaid shipment) because they're in a hotel. Go to the standalone shop on the corner of 7th & Locust (but beware it closes at 5pm)
