I called The St. Louis Cardinals store trying to find a special book I’d seen before in the Cardinals newsletter but hadn’t seen for a while. I called the shop & had the good fortune off having Terrell’s (sp) answer. This young man knew exactly the book I couldn’t find & was so helpful in describing it & making suggestions of how I could buy it. In years of going into this store Terrells’ attitude of helpfulness, knowledge without being pushy, exemplifies how store workers are there. The prices are reasonable & the items are always excellent & solid -just like our Cardinals. Love this store.

Cards Team Store is well laid out and staffed by helpful employees. The prices are decent and the merchandise is a great assortment for men, women, kids, infants...all ages. You can find something for any budget here, so it was possible to let the kids pick out something inexpensive and they still felt like they were getting something special for the visit. Located at the corner where all the statues are.

Amazing selection and a great place to hang out during those hot games. The downside, you can also get most of the stuff in there in amazon for way cheaper. Check out the authentic store, has game used stuff.

It's the Holy Mecca for Cardinals fans, what's not to love!? The staff is friendly, inviting, and helpful. The store can get a bit overcrowded but that's to be expected at a team shop on GameDay. They do a great job of keeping the checkout line rolling as best they can.

Come out and buy some cool cardinal stuff. So u can wear it to the game. Let have fun. So come and check it out. Are just stop by the next time u at a game.

I walked around this store for almost an hour browsing. There's alot to see and choose from. I came in to find 1 Cards shirt for an upcoming game and left with 2. Many price points and I was pleased to see that they carry sizes for women in Plus. Men, Women, Kids and of course Pet clothing you'll find here. Cardinals themed mask, gloves, hats, Keychain, etc. You want it, they have it. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Store is well kept and clean.

We were so tired and hot after 9 innings and over an hour of everything closing down. We walked in and asked if they sold water and David the manager hooked us up with 2 waters from the breakroom. Kindest manager ever!!! Thanks so much David!!

James House I do believe was his named went above and beyond the help me find a Jersey and a hat to wear that fit I'm big and tall. Then after a few problems with the credit card machine over the phone. Made sure it was still there when I had time to go pick them up and try them on. Definitely will be back just because of the friendly service.

Love love love this place! Huge Cardinals Fan!!!! Busch Stadium is one of the most beautiful Stadiums of all! It's an experience you'll never forget! Go for a visit and experience the fun and excitement here at St. Louis! GO CARDS!

As a Southside Chicago fan - take my review with a grain of salt - because you know we can’t be trusted... This store is 100% AWESOME! We were there early in the morning, and all 3 of the people working came over to ask us if we needed anything. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name (I’m thinking Jim???), but he gave me a brief history lesson on the stadium and the Cards. Somehow, we walked out with close to $400 worth of Cardinals’ gear!

What great customer service! Even though they had closed 10 minutes earlier they reopend their doors for us on Christmas Eve. We had out of town relatives with us trying to buy Winter Classic items. The True Blue shop at Scottrade was less than helpful so we were delighted at the warm, welcoming staff at The Team Store, it really made for a great Christmas Eve!

Associates were very knowledgeable regarding products and where to find them. And there are a lot of items! Clerk ringing up my items was efficient and friendly. Will be back!
