First off Lance did exactly what he was hired to do and that was to sell my house and he did that! I have had the opportunity to have Lance both help me buy and now sell my house. He is the best and makes the selling process easier. He knows his stuff and is straight forward. I always recommend Lance! You won't be disappointed.
