I’ve been looking for a home to buy around my target area. I did my research and contacted several agents and found Connie’s profile on Zillow. Her reviews are impressive so I decided to schedule an appointment with her to find out if she could help me to get a property that I like.

As a first time buyer, she explained to me everything that I need to know, she guided me through the whole process. She responds immediately to all my questions and concerns. I know some realtors care for their commission check than their client but Connie really cares because we looked at 9 properties and she would tell me if the property is not good. She wanted me to be satisfied and happy with the property that I’m going to buy even though it took us 8 months to find one.

She also referred me to a lender that gave me a great deal. I was expecting that everything ends after closing but she’s still there to help. Rude to FSBO. MlS clearly listed for the buyers premium and because I wouldn't break contract she was obnoxious. Stated she needed 3% and was adamant that I should pay her that. Clearly wasn't working in the best interest of her client whom she stated loved the home and wanted to see it. We were polite and told her anytime was okay and then she stated she would let me know Monday if they still wanted to see it. After I said either you want to show your clients or you don't she abruptly got off the phone. Then today left feedback through MLS without having viewed the home. Quite a lovely this one. 30 years never taught her any manners!
