I have not been let down by the care my pets have received here! Only good experiences. That said, just remember veterinarians are people too and they must rule out causes for behavior before assuming a certain illness or cause for behavior/illness. I see many reviews for animal clinics shaming staff for not knowing what is wrong the first visit and as much as i wish it was, its just not that simple or easy.

Unfortunately, I had to make the decision to put my dog down and the vet, Todd McNabb, was very compassionate and understanding. They were already my go-to vet office for my dogs, but now I know they’re also the cheapest when it comes to euthanasia, and they included a complimentary paw print of my dog to go with her ashes. Very nice people, and a positive experience after a very negative situation.

Have been coming here for years with all our fur babies past and present. Dr McNabb has been the best for us. Very calming and understanding and has a genuine interest in our pets and their health.

Conveniently located with a caring staff that has taken care of both of my dogs over the years.

We've been very happy with the service and have referred friends here before too. Highly recommended...

I took my kitten here for a vaccine and to get neutered. I’m a college student so I am extremely grateful of how the prices were so fair. I came home and he was all over me and happy as can be. We’re on day 2 after the surgery and he’s been so great; bouncing around and being a kitten. Thank you for taking care of my October. I will definitely be back for any needs and will recommend this place to others.

1st time being here and Dr. Lora Geisler is awesome. She spent at least 1 hour with my cat and I. I was very pleased with how she handled the situation with my cat and trying to diagnose whats going on. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience.

Thank you for taking such great care of my little dog! I was so nervous about having a dental cleaning done. They made me feel safe and made sure my dog was well cared for. After care instructions were clear. The Doctor did a great job of keeping me informed during the procedure.

This is the best vet office I've ever been to with my pets. Prices are reasonable, and they go above and beyond to make my dog with severe anxiety as calm as possible even though it takes extra time for them. They're super helpful over the phone, too. Everyone there is knowledgeable and cares about the animals they see each day.

They are the absolute best of the best, from reception to tech to doc. We've been taking our pets here for over a decade based on a recommendation and we recommend them, in turn. 100% the best and I've owned pets for 35 years, not including growing up.

Can get an appointment quickly, reasonable cost. Dr. Todd clear, concise with issues, lays out options. Great with our animals.

It has been a year since I had to put my sweet, rescue cat to sleep and this place deserves all the positive attention one can bring. I brought them a freshly adopted earless cat with concerns about her health (as well as a very distressed me) and they did EVERYTHING for me. They were there for my ridiculous amount of phone calls to them with concerns. Each and every staff from front desk, assistants and most importantly Dr. Geisler, my horrific experience of adopting a dying cat was made as easy and compassionate as possible. This establishment CARES. I got a card in the mail after they got to watch me have the biggest melt down when I got the news my poor Harp needed to be let go of from the entire office offering their condolences. I recommend East Hills Animal Clinic to everyone. Thank you for your veterinary care as well as dealing with all of us crazy owners!

We have had our 2 boxer/poodle puppies their since b4 they were born... and took our adult F Alaskan Malamute to get checked out for a limp. Dr. McNabb chkd her out and figured out she tore her ACL... and ordered some anti inflammatory for her... and told us what it would take to fix it... but as she's already nearly a senior... we cant afford to spend that kind of $... He DIDN'T order a bunch of tests... or Xrays... to push the bill up. We got her a Rabies shot she was due for... and the bill was TOTALLY REASONABLE!
W/the pups... we took them in for their shots... for just a "Tech" appt... which means they didnt need to see the Dr. We paid for the SHOTS. THIS VET is AWESOME! I know several other people who use them and they AGREE!

I have taken all of my animals to Dr. McNabb for the last 10 years and would never go anywhere else. He has helped me through losing 2 of them. He is always very thorough and attentive to any question or symptom and truly cares for animals and their owners.

The only place I will go or my family has gone over the past 20 years. My dog can at times be anxiously aggressive and they have a certain team just for him that they put together with love just for his care. I love them.

I've been coming to East Hills since they very first opened. Dr. McNabb is fantastic. This is the only place I'll bring my pets.
Well... unless an emergency happens at night and on the weekend like EVERY animal emergency seems to happen.

They do a great job here! Have gone above and beyond many times for my dogs. Very friendly staff-even with the Covid protocol, and 2 great vets!

We love this ver office! Everyone is so kind, and they do an incredible job considering all COVID restrictions. Very respectful, reasonably priced, and overall great!

I have been using them for my dogs for two years and find them wonderful. They remember my pets, are always friendly, my pets love them, and much cheaper then vets I used when I lived in Portland.

I have been coming to this clinic for many years, and I have never had a bad experience. All of my cats and dogs have been treated here, and they received excellent care.

Been taking my animals here for years, staff is great and Dr McNabb really knows his stuff.
