York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Plainfield- Service Department

I had a great visit to York. My truck and I was treated with respect. Very fast check in and check out. The service people were happy to help with visit. And I always see another vehicle I want.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. We were buying a used car but there was no way to tell that by the attention we were getting. Everyone at York was very courteous and responsive to all of our concerns. Lots of thanks to Paul in sales and Diane, Cathy, Chris and Bryan in management for making this a very easy purchase!

I came in late on a Friday afternoon for an oil change and they were able to get me in and out in less time than originally quoted! My service rep Wes was awesome to work with and very informative!

Dealership experience was fine. Corporate experience was not satisfactory at all. I have since decided to sell the Jeep and purchase a new Chevy Truck.

Had work completed on my Ram 1500 and was very pleased with the work. They went out of their way to take great care of me. Will definitely go back.

Matt always provides the best customer service at York. I have been a long time customer and we are always well taken care of in the service department between Matt and Robert taking care of our fleet needs. I would highly recommend! Needless to say we have not received the same level of service at another dealership that starts with Andy!

Well first time been in york Chrysler dodge jeep ram. And let me tell you the guys at the service department did I great job on my jeep and is one sales men there that I hope you guys keep him he was so professional when I went to speak to him about what can I do to trade my truck. And he also let me test drive want of the car he was the best thank u guys and keep up ur work.And blessed you guys.

Miguel was amazing helping me get my truck fixed. He made the process so easy and communicated with me throughout the entire process.

The young lady that was working the fast lane oil change was very nice and a hard worker. She was very overwhelmed with all the cars on her side and customers including me had to wait after their car was finished, this was not her fault just very busy for her. I can’t understand why the other service advisors was not offering to help her when they were just sitting around talking. She deserves a raise for her hard work.

I had trouble getting in for service at my “regular” dealership. York was able to get me in much sooner and was great to deal with. They made the process smooth and everyone I interacted with was super nice.

Steve in service is top notch went above and beyond to help me. We had to replace a radio on a 2018 charger very disappointed there wasn’t a recall. Steve gets 5 stars!

Jared was absolutely amazing!! He helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and made sure himself that it was taken care of. He wasn’t stopping until he fixed everything and I was happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and person to help get things done. I’d recommend him to everyone!!!!

Jarod is the best service rep. He is always courteous and professional. He continuously informs me of the progress of my vehicle. He is the best service rep I have ever come across. He cares about his customer in the vehicle.

I feel like Steven Wells and his management team went above and beyond helping me to find a car within my budgeting price range. Very pleased with their service and personable manner in which they worked with me. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!!

York knocked this repair out of the park! Most timely repair ever! Dave and the staff were friendly and professional. It was my first experience using their services. My Challenger lost a water pump and was towed to them for a diagnostic repair late on December 19 on December 21 it was road ready, just like that! Matt and Jarrod in the service department are just great. They get things taken care of and are good at communicating with the clients. I suggest you ask for one of them on your next visit.

Had work done elsewhere took 4 months with no luck. Brought it here and within a week problem was fixed and have had no issues since then. Employees were very polite and very knowledgeable about my issue and repaired it quickly. I will definitely be back for any other issues that may come in the future.
