Dr. Scott and the entire staff at the Petroff center are incredible at what they do. They take your care and comfort very seriously and I am so glad I took the plunge and decided to make the 4 hour trip to go to him for my chin lipo. People are amazed at my results and they are just beginning. Special mention to my anesthesiologist, I wish I could remember her name. She really calmed my nerves with her presence and called after the procedure to check on me. I even got sent home with some beautiful flowers! Dr. Scott has deleted my biggest insecurity and I only wish I went to him sooner!

I love my face and now my neck and chest matches. You go the extra mile with your care and compassion. Now that I’m 70 I have bragging rights thanks to you Dr. Petroff.

There is always a feeling i get when I walk into the Petroff Center. It's welcoming and professional and I'm treated like my business matters. I highly recommend the Petroff Center. I scheduled a consult with Dr. Petroff in early 2023 to discuss the CO2 laser for what I felt was significant acne scarring from my teen years. Dr. Petroff recommended that I instead do a couple sessions of the Halo laser, which would be performed by a medical esthetician. (The Halo does not require general anesthesia and therefore is much less expensive. This made me feel extra confident that the Center had my best interests in mind.) I had my first Halo session in March 2023 and second in January 2024, both with Brittany Mckinster. Brittany answered all of my questions thoroughly, talked me through the procedure, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I was 100% confident in her expertise from the start. I was thrilled with the results from my first Halo session, and honestly could have been satisfied stopping there, but now I’m addicted! The scars were softened to the extent that I rarely worried about them after I had healed from the procedure (~3 weeks for me). I also noticed overall improvement in pore size and texture. I am excited to see how my second session heals. Thank you, Petroff Center!

Dr. Scott saw me last minute to finish a dermatology procedure. He is amazing. Excellently trained and brings all the other goodies to the table. The staff is professional and personable. My “new” plastics/med spa folks!

Straight from my consultation day to now (6 week post rhinoplasty) my experience at The Petroff Center was the best care I could have ever imagined. Every single staff member I encountered throughout my journey has been the absolute warmest, I believe that is vital when you’re dealing with something as nerve wracking as surgery. They did a phenomenal job at making sure I was being taken care of 100%. I appreciate everyone for making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The day of surgery I had both my parents join me- the center was just as kind, informative, and hospitable to my family as they were with me. They even went as far as offering a private room for them to wait and relax-this room included a comfy couch and a tv. 😆
The surgery itself was a breeze-the 2-3 hour surgery felt like 20 minutes. Happy to say I NEVER felt any pain, slight discomfort at its worst. Had a nurse check in on me that evening (much appreciated!) I always felt like I had someone from The Petroff Center holding my hand through the experience.
Above all-of course, I want to give Dr.Petroff a huge thank you for making one of my long time dreams come true. The day the cast came off I cried happy tears on my drive back home. Despite the healing journey only beginning I could already see the results I always longed for. The best part is that I get to see my nose transition throughout the year and I only love it more and more. I am beyond thankful for having someone like Dr.Petroff near me but honestly I would have traveled anywhere to get the results I see today. He is truly passionate at what he does and I think his office and staff are a shining testament to this. If you’re doing your research on a top place to take your business look no further. This is the place for you!

Dr. Petroff's center and staff are excellent and professional. As a physician anesthesiologist I've worked with many plastic surgeons and he is at the top of his field. I've gone to him myself for reconstruction after multiple mandible non union failures which resulted in scarring and nerve compression. He fixed my problem. Being a specialist in ENT/facial plastics and having talent gives him an eye for what should be done. Hands down, he's the best.

I had my second ultrasound facial following the CO2 laser procedure, and the results are outstanding. The skin redness and swelling has come down a bit, and I'm very pleased this facial was recommended as part of the healing therapy. Bravo to the Petroff Center!
