DICK'S Sporting Goods

Great sporting goods store that has most everything you need. I will say, I wish they had a better variety for bicycles. However, I know that's super specific. In general, this is a great in store experience and as well online. With both complementing each other. I have experience with this relative to returning an online order same day and getting what I need at the brick and mortar. Overall experience is fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of nice clothing. My only disappointment was that the selection of actual sporting goods was on the lower side. We went for inflatable kayaks, rash guards, and a certain style of sun hat. We left without any of these since either the selection was small or nonexistent.

If you need your bike worked on I highly recommend going here over Washington Square. This location puts the time into setting it up right the first time and they are careful and considerate rather than rushing through the process as fast as possible because they are busy. Thank you for taking the time to get my bike in working order and making it easy!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. We were able to use the batting cage to test a few bats. Highly recommend!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this store. The employees have been both helpful and polite. On several occasions I've returned purchases for refunds and all such undertakings were absolutely hassle free. Some of the sale prices are significant so I include this store, together with REI and Next Adventure when I have sporting goods in mind.

I received EXCEPTIONAL service here. I spoke to Jake regarding a minor bike adjustment. He directed to Steve their Bike Tech. I'm unable to enter stores due to being immunocompromised. Steve met me at pick up took the bike made the adjustments and i was off. Rode the bike and it is perfect.

just purchased a new Manitoba bike at your location. Not only was the mechanic on duty the 17th of November knowledgable, he was very friendly. THE bike was on sale and I am very satisfied. I'm pleased that this bike is better and smoother then higher priced bikes I've used in the past

Great store! Patient managers w returns and kind folks who like to help, this is a great franchise location and much more accessible (to me) than the store in Washington Square. Just make sure to take the 2nd driveway to get in and out to BoonesFerry Rd. The first driveway always gets backed up w Starbuck's traffic :)

Usually well stocked. Friendly staff. Prices are a little on the high side but, the times they have a sale - prices are usually very good. All in all my go to place for general sporting goods needs. You can always find whatever you want at a lowish price

Friendly staff, pointed me in the right direction within 10 seconds of being in the store. After I got what I went in for I found a staff member and asked a question about another department that they were unable to answer. I was escorted to that section and they found another employee that was able to answer all my questions.

Had a great experience. Actually asked for help but on my return to store the guy in the bike shop was more than helpfull. He knew his stuff and have always had a good experience here.

We participated in a shoe drop. They did a great job. They made us feel very VIP when escorting us to the front to our own register.

Visited last night at 9 right before they closed to check out some golf gear, SHANE was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of our questions, and providing the answers we were looking for, would definitely recommend dealing with him, great customer service.
