What an incredible experience from beginning to end! James and Sophia were amazing with my two young kids. The jewelry buying experience was phenomenal and my wife loves her birthday present, but the way they treated us like family from the very start is why I will definitely be coming back.

I had one of the most professionally fitting experience during my visit to this jewelry destination. I am looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. I have no idea what to get her so I went "looking". I was introduced to Sophia.. She was amazing. She listened to me. She asked great questions and provided me with not only great ideas, but did so in such a way that made me feel special. She is AWESOME.

The service at this location is always incredible, they immediately greet with a smile as walking in to the store. Which, the staff is friendly and helpful as I had special requests in the past and they were flexible plus accommodating. I appreciate the service that they provide not only just once but ongoing service. I know the price may seem high however getting a extreme high quality plus service that will last a life time. There are not many jewelry stores I’ll go to for the simple reason of service. In addition to: shopping online is not the same with jewelry.

There are two sides of the store, one of what they are known for: sterling silver. While the other is gold, rings, and etc. Although the store is divided someone will help you whatever you are looking for, I have yet to have someone refer me another area.

I continue to come in for cleanings (and purchases) and the service has yet to change; it’s great!

Sophia provided us great service when I needed a minor repair done. Very professional, I was very pleased with my experience.

Wife is owed a birthday and Christmas present, so we stopped by. Great customer service. No heavy pressure to buy.

Was given a friendly welcome by all the staff. Samara was my sales associate and she was very professional, honest, and informative about the products that Tiffany & Co. has to offer! She went above and beyond in showing me more products that I would be interested in buying in the future. She made shopping for my mom’s birthday/Christmas gift super fun and easy. Will definitely be continuing to go to her for my Tiffany and Co. needs! :)

We went in to pick up one of the less expensive items at Tiffany’s, their simple but beautiful Return to Tiffany Bracelet. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped me, but my receipt says A. Bao. I just have to say that she was so unbelievably kind and helpful and never for a second made us feel unimportant because we weren’t buying a high ticket item. Several people greeted us when we walked in and out. They made it feel like a special experience even without spending a months salary.

Tiffany & Co. customer service is Amazing. I was greeted at the front door as soon as I stepped in. Then I was helped by the Manager Justin Vesely. Justin is by far the best manager/sales affocinado I ever work with. Very professional, knowledgeable of the merchandise. Yet offers a delightful, kind and shopping experience. If u are looking for a wonderful selection of jewelry and also a great shopping experience please go see him. I will always continue to shop with Tiffany &Co. And Glas to be a customer 4 life!

Samara(hope I catch her name right) was the sale associate who help me and my fiancé look for the wedding bands. We didn’t find the rings that match our preferences but she was very helpful, calm and very professional I’d recommend ask for her when you go to the store.

Great service, lots of gorgeous jewelry to choose from. We found several wedding bands we liked and finally settled on one. My wife has a very small sized finger so they had to order into the store but it should only take 3-4 days.

It’s not very large but great things sometimes come in small packages.

Professional, efficient, and personable. They make sure I receive my jewelry docs quickly after purchases. And even returns or jewelry adjustments are quick and easy.

The customer service in this store is just amazing! Kyree helped me pick up my item I had repaired and he was beyond friendly and helpful! They are all very professional and the overall experiences I've had in here were great! My bracelet looks great after being fixed and being cleaned and polished!

I have always had a wonderful experience at Tiffany & Co. in Indianapolis, and New York City.
Specifically, I have always shopped mainly at Tiffany & Co., Fashion Mall. They have an amazing staff who ensure all receive the same time and attention.
Ever since Covid took over it’s been difficult for people to realize we all need to be safe, and wear our masks, wait in line and wait our turn to enter the store.

Throughout the years I have acquired many wonderful pieces and always been very happy with what I purchased. I want to thank all the staff and managers and store director for always taking your time with us and your store is magnificent!

This place is the best jewelry store. Customer service is a plus. When you purchase jewelry from Tiffany & Co. They clean it forever for free!

Derek made my purchase an absolutely memorable time. I’m not personally into brand-name jewelry but the service I received at Tiffany was amazing due to Derek and the rest of the team.

Great Customer Service. I had to get my necklace fixed and ring cleaned. They both look like new. I was also able to find the hoop earrings that I saw online in store.

You might say you are paying more at Tiffany's but it is worth it! They offer top quality merchandise and the best customer service! It doesn't matter which location you are at either, everyone is trained to make sure your needs are met and that you walk out satisfied. I dont think I can ever shop anywhere but Tiffany's when it comes down to jewelry.

Every girl needs Tiffany in her life! I like the signature perfume and lotion. I also loved their 🕯candles. Jewelry is incredible!! I wish I could afford more visits! 😇😇
