I’m not from Indy, but was flying in and out if it for work this week. Easy process of setting up an account, and a reservation. I was there at 4:30 am and the place was busy. I felt very confident leaving my vehicle there knowing it is secure. Staff was extremely friendly. A wait of only 5-7 minutes at 12:45 AM for a bus from the airport back to the facility. Definitely highly recommend!

We had a great experience using Fast and park. Their shuttle runs 24/7, and the drivers were excellent. Our shuttles were at 4 am and 1:30 am. We will definitely use them again.

I have used Fastpark Indy at least a dozen times. I’ve never waited more than five minutes for a shuttle. My initial experiences with drivers very obviously expecting a tip and reacting with irritation made me uncomfortable. Newer drivers seem to be much more friendly and accommodating. They thank people for tips and don’t seem to expect them.

I always park here. I can make a reservation and feel confident about getting a space. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car. At Christmas I arrived to park at about 3:00 am. I felt safe the whole time. They are wonderful!

We have used this service since they arrived in Indianapolis. It’s so convenient! They usually have a bus at the airport very quickly so you don’t wait long at all (5-10 mins). You might wait a little longer if you have a flight arrive after midnight, I don’t think they have as many drivers.

REMEMBER: If the bus driver helps you with your luggage, make sure you tip them! Doesn’t have to be a lot, we usually tip $5-$10 to each driver who picks us up and the one who takes us back. Only time I didn’t tip was when a driver didn’t help with our luggage, 99% of the time they do, and my luggage (equipment for work) isn’t light, so I truly appreciate it when I am traveling by myself.

Great friendly service. Only waiting a couple of minutes at the airport before I was picked up. I also like that fact that the drivers take you directly to your vehicle. Fast friendly service!

Parking is a breeze! It’s covered so your car is safe and the ride to the airport is prompt and drops you off at the building with your luggage. The driver does everything for you so no lifting required. When you return home the same thing happens in reverse. And if it has snowed while you were away, they will even shovel out your car for you. The price is right as well. I would recommend 100%.

Reasonably priced, car to airport transfer done quickly and they even drop you back at your car when you come back. Drivers are very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Fast Park is the only way I park at the Indianapolis airport. The shuttles run steadily and have friendly drivers. My car is usually very protected from the elements due to being covered. The cost is comparable to that of the economy airport parking, and I don't have to walk from a shuttle stop to my car. I get dropped off right at my car. And, if I'm traveling with one or more companions, upon returning I can usually get my car and get back to the arrival area by roughly the time luggage has been retrieved. I highly recommend Fast Park!

Completely secure facility (this was the main thing for me).
We pulled up to the gate to get in, they radioed a shuttle driver & he was waiting in our parking area b4 we got there! As we unloaded our vehicle, they filled out a reminder card for you to put in your wallet for when you return.
No joke here, I bet it took >10 minutes from pulling in to FASTPARK to being dropped off @ the airport shuttle area!!!
WORTH EVERY PENNY! which is less than the airport's park & walk lot.

The drivers are so friendly and helpful loading luggage onto the shuttle and also into my car upon our return. Easy access and very prompt in picking up and dropping off.

I park here every time I fly. It is super convenient and the staff is always friendly. I appreciate that all of the parking is covered so that my vehicle isn't completely exposed to the elements. I highly recommend using them.

Excellent shuttle service! Covered parking. No trying to find your vehicle in a dark lot. They pick you up at your car and drop you off at your car. Drivers are courteous and timely. Have tried others and this one is exceptional in my opinion.
