IND Cell Phone Lot

Free standby lot, and ok spot for planespotting

A convenient place to pull off and sit when you are waiting to pick someone up from the IND airport. This lot is conveniently located and I wish that every airport had thought of this idea. The lot entrance could stand to be repaved, but that's the only qualm I have.

A great place to wait for anyone you are picking up from the airport. Well lighted, safe, and convenient.

Best cell phone lot I've ever been in. There are no potholes in the asphalt. That is all lol.

Good place to hang out while you are waiting to pick up arriving travelers. Located near the gas station/convenience enter which includes a Subway.

This is really a nice way to wait for family and friends arriving on flights.
We enjoyed watching the airplanes landing while we were waiting.

Large well lit parking lot with room for 100+ cars. The Cell Phone Lot is a 6-7min drive to the terminal.
Arrivals (pickup) is located at the lower level of the terminal, and departures (drop offs) are located at the upper level.

Quick and easy access. Plenty of spots to wait even during the airports busiest week of 2023. Lighting is very bright, don't expect a nap at night.

It was a lot to park and use cellphone, brilliant! It also doubles as the uber/lyft staging area for arrivals ground transportation.

It was nice to have a place available while I waited for him to get the luggage.

Nice area to wait for someone to come off a plane. Area is clean. I love seeing the planes take off from here.

Nice enough place but why would you have a handicap parking spot in a cell phone lot where you're not supposed to get out of your car?

It's the best waiting lot at the airport.

The view is spectacular, watching Jets take off, one by one, in front of you is an awesome sight. It's the perfect place for waiting to pick up arrivals, if you're not going inside. A quick call from your guests, a short drive to the gate, and you're on your way! How easy!?!

It’s a cell phone lot. Not sure what else you can say about it. 5 stars…would definitely recommend? It’s the best one within 100 miles…I got nothing…

Easy in and out place to wait when picking up people at the airport. In daylight hours you can see some of the plane activity. Once you get the call that luggage is picked up you'll be able to zip right over to arrivals. You won't have to pay to park or worry about going inside.

Best place to wait. Good signs to guide you.

Best free gravel in the city. Lots of space, so so scenery. If I were younger, this would be a perfect teen make out spot.

But it is a convenient choice when you want to be nearby to wait for an arriving flight in the comfort of your car
