I've always been not just treated as a patient as family I felt I haven't been in a while because my insurance has changed but back when I used to make appointments when Dr Tom was still there I usually try to make my appointments at the end of the day if at all possible so I could sit and chat I love to talk with him. Dr Susan I can't say enough good things about her either the entire staff has always been very respectful

I have personally been going to see Susan at this location and I can’t say enough good things about her , the staff and the constant care they show. I will not ever go anywhere else. Susan and her staff have always been genuine with my care and situation. They follow up and do everything they can to accommodate my needs. I’m truly blessed to have found such amazing care staff that I personally consider them more than just my health care providers but very dear friends. I will continue to be a vocal advocate for this doctors office , I’ve been blessed to find them.

Love Dr Susan. Genuinely cares and listens. She has helped myself, my daughter and my husband. Staff is sweethearts too. Highly recommend. My mom sees the other dr there too. Been with them for years

Susan and her staff has always been good to me they’re amazing doctors and nurses they’ve always listen to my knees and got me on the right medicine that helps I don’t ever want to go to a different facility for me and my family always been great with my kids my kids even like going there they are amazing doctors and nurses thank you so much for just being great doctors

Always has made me feel like family, always genuinely concerned and went the extra to get my issues resolved, def would recommend!!!!

I have been seeing Doctor Susan. Now for several years. The staff upfront I have had issues with time and time again because they are very rude, but for Dr. Seuss in herself, she is awesome has always helped me with every one of my medical needs and would prefer her to anyone. Keep up the good work Dr. Suisun.

If you need actual care that requires a controlled substance, they started by actually providing passionate care. Dr. K was amazing and worked with me while I was going to counseling. One day he was sick and was forced to see another doctor. Dr. Thomas treated me as a drug seeker and his ladies in the front office treated me the same way. They drug tested me as normal but sent me letter saying I was not taking my medication because it was not in my system. I told them I had discontinued the medication due to side effects causing extreme drowsiness and they now refuse to provide treatment. So they may start off nice and Dr. K really is a great doctor. Ultimately they ended up letting me down and providing the care I need and discriminating against me and classifying me as a drug seeker.

I nor my children have been to this Dr at all. After trying to make a new patient appointment, Susan explained they are not taking any new Medicaid appts, at no point did I say I received Medicaid, which I don't, would help a lot, but I don't. I guess it was the Afro- American lovely voice I have. I also asked her for her first and last name, she said she didn't want to give that info, huh? LoL. Relieved to know next month is their last month.

Was a patient for a year and a half I always treated everyone there with respect. Gave me drugtests regularly, had a mix-up with meds at home and one time had a med that wasn't mine and discussed this with my Dr and he agreed that with such a small amount that it was a mix-up. Eight months later had an insurance issue and they asked me to reschedule for the following week, no problem, I asked if the Dr could write a weeks worth of meds and they said sure except for pain meds and I was told that I wouldn't be receiving them any longer because according to them I am a pill seeker and I have had repeated bad drops, which is false, and they have had calls saying I have a serious drug problem. I asked them why they would be discussing me with someone over the phone because that is a breech of patient/Dr confidentiality and the front staff told me they wasn't Drs. And then proceeded to degrade me in front of several patients in the waiting room. I have never felt so insulted in all of my life. I would recommend staying completely away from this place if you want to keep your dignity intact. Very unprofessional front end staff.

Extremely unprofessional and unethical. From prescribing incorrect doses of blood pressure medications to allowing my mother in law to wait for refills of correct doses & are obviously not concerned or caring in regards to patient care. I wouldn't recommend someone to take their dog here for care.

Under no circumstance should anyone ever go here for medical treatment of any kind. I wouldn't accept a cough drop if they paid me to take it. The personnel here were unprofessional and not very willing to work with the customers in the lobby. Workers wearing sweat pants and talking with foul language. Opening discussing other patients while around others in the lobby. Once back in the rooms, the walls are thin and you can hear the patient next door. A select few of the workers were friendly and understood the environment they had to work in. Overall I was certainly disgusted and dissatisfied with the building and my experience. To add insult to the experience, nearly 6 months later, I learned they miscoded my free annual check up provided by my insurance. This resulted in over a 300 charge I was forced to pay. Avoid this place at all costs!!
