I'm thrilled with the excellent service from Steve and the Car-X staff! We had a stubbornly stuck screw, but they promptly attended to us, successfully removed it, and installed the new plate. Their efficiency is commendable, and I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. A++!

Took “Grumpy” to get her oil changed and and a check up. I am so thankful for my sons father In law, Richard Napier and his business, Car-X Muffler & Brake. They got me right in, were nice and thorough. The office is very clean and the staff joked and talked with me and Grumpy is running quiet and smoothly 💙

I went here years ago for tires. When my vehicle left the valve caps were not the same. Went again in April, 2022. They had no help and couldn't even look at my issue.

They did a great job on a new set of tires in 2024.

Highly recommend this shop! Steve did a great job of educating me and explaining things right on the car itself. They aren't like the other shops around which try to oversell you extras. They did a comprehensive job on my brakes. I got all my 4 brake rotors and pads changed out. This will be my new go to place.

I want to say I am very thankful for Steve Napier he helped me with my tire today and I get in and out of there pretty quick thank you for your hard work

I appreciate how the manager, Mr. Napier, took time to make sure he knew what had been done to my vehicle as I'd brought it in for an oil leak and other employees had worked on it. He explained what the issue was and how they resolved it. Thank you for another positive experience in addition to routine oil changes that I bring my vehicles here for.

These guys are GREAT! I was having an issue with my car and the Manager Steve and Tech Tyler, really took good care of me! I've had my car serviced many times at this location. I recommend and trust them.

Reliable and honest! I've used this location (near Taco Bell) since 2018 and they have consistently offered sound advice. I've never been pressured to do something and they are always genuine. One time, I thought I needed a new battery, but they insisted it should be fine with a full charge and recommended a battery minded. They were right and saved me money! They even refer to a specialized mechanic if it's something more than their shop is setup to do. I can count on the service I get here.

I've been going here for over 20 years. They are very professional. I've brought my old clunkers there as well as my newer cars. Always fast, good communication, VERY honest. I would recommend this shop to anyone for any reason.

My husband & I were looking for a place that was honest & fair priced, we found both with this location! Today I had an issue with my lugnuts not coming off my tires. I stopped in & spoke with Steve & Rob, explained my issue & Rob jumped to the rescue. Got the lugnuts loosened & told me that that they were swollen & needed to be placed. Rob was so kind to me & when I asked him how much I owed him, he said nothing. I will continue to bring my business here over & over! Awesome guys!!!

I pulled into Car X on East Thomson because I had a tire that was losing a lot of pressure. They were able to get me in right away and fix the issue. Steve the manager and his staff are fantastic. It was made clear to me that they care about the customer and take pride in their work. Outstanding experience, if you need something done to your vehicle I highly recommend this location and staff. Definitely a good place and decent on price for an oil change haven’t really did much other than a oil change but great customer service and hospitality and service I would definitely recommend more to go here rather than jiffy lube or any other place
