Solid tire service. Came in late Saturday morning and these folks really took care of me and my truck. Two new steer tires at a comfortable price, balanced, and round the truck tire inspection and air up. Total was around $1000. Not bad for commercial tires.

Plus, the crew are professional and courteous. Hard to beat that.

I had a flat tire in my minivan just down the road from their shop. I knew they were more likely to be a tire center for commercial vehicles and trucks so I felt bad calling them for help. But they were so eager to help me! They came to my car, removed the tire, found another tire at one of their locations nearby, and came back to put the tire back on the van. All done very quickly and their staff were fantastic!

The guys were able to work me in on a Saturday. Didn't try and over sell me what I didn't need. The cost was very reasonable as well. I was in and out in 30 mins. Definitely recommend these guys if you are near Indy!

Didn't buy anything but the gentleman working went out of his way to try and help me I'd had a blowout right down the street unfortunately I only was interested in a used tire the price was fair on a new tire I just didn't want to buy a new one

Honest fast best price yet on a semi trailer tire road call in the rain even.. just took an extra hour to arrive but everyone else was booked till tommorow.. very understandable

My office personnel called ahead of time and I was 30 miles away. I pulled in the yard and walked into the office. They were friendly and knew why I was there before I said what far. I was there just a little over an hour and back on the road with new steer tires. Also the guys working on my truck were pleasant to interact with and seemed to be knowledgeable about their job. Overall it was a good experience.

A great group of people work there! The receptionist/cashier was very nice and the guy that did the work was professional and nice to work with. I had tires installed on our motorhome out of state but I still had some vibration in the tires. They spin balanced all 6 tires and they ride much nicer now. Thanks for taking such good care of me and my motorhome!

Just great service, after blowing our second tire in two days across the country, they helped get us back on the road again. So accommodating with our horse trailer and let me walk my dogs- just terrific service.

Love these guys! Work for a trucking company and we've been coming to J&E since 2010 and refuse to go anyplace else in town when they are open. Their mobile service is great too, awesome guys! Just wish they'd get 24 hour service...

Went there with a bent rim and flat tire on my semi trailer .....manager was very nice understanding and professional. They fixed the problem within 10 mins and I was back rolling. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of tires or tire service. You just don't find people like this around anymore. Everyone was polite and courteous. Trust me try them and you will appreciate their hospitality and price.

I've had work done here 3+ times,and they were excellent. They did my alignment, I will never go anywhere else but here. My Pete rides like a caddy now, they are good!

We were looking for a place for our RV tires to be checked and rotated. These guys were the absolute BEST!! And their prices were so reasonable we ended up getting two new tires. To show our appreciation we even brought them pizza for lunch. Thanks guys!

I blew a tire on my car trailer as I was traveling through Indianapolis. I stopped at J&E to have my tire changed and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was helpful and considerate and they got me back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend J&E to anyone having tire issues. Can’t thank them enough!
