This place is the most friendly and i have had a very good experience. They fixed my door which had a screw loose for free. I have had very good experience in this shop. I would come again anytime. I recommend this shop for anyone looking to fix their car.

Rob’s auto repair is fantastic. I have visited many different auto repair shops over the years but there are none that I trust more than Rob’s. It's been a pleasure to leverage Rob's auto for my Jeep Grand Cherokee maintenance. I've had issues with the dealer in town and trusting the information they provide in addition to the dealer mis-diagnosing issues. I brought my Jeep to Rob's a few times for different issues and not only was the work done quickly, it was at a very fair price and done properly. Super honest, reliable and thorough shop. Rob is competent, friendly, and above all honest. I started using Rob's Auto Repair after the previous shop that I frequented was bought out. I have never felt more comfortable with an auto repair. His prices are fair and he is happy to discuss the pros and cons of various repairs and maintenance. If there is something outside of his area of expertise, he won't hesitate to refer you somewhere that he feels does good work. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my own mother to Rob. I couldn't give him more praise.

Rob and his staff are top notch. I have been using this shop for years, and love referring his business to everyone. He has got to be one of most knowledgeable people in the field by far. His staff is friendly and on their game as well. This is the best, honest, auto repair shop in town without a doubt!

Went in for a second opinion. First shop misdiagnosed and gave a $1300 quote. Took it in to Rob's where he figured out the real issue, and I left with a $281 bill. Clean shop and Rob was professional in both appearance and they way he conducted himself. I highly recommend this independent shop that is tucked away.

Traveling from Mississippi to Wisconsin we had a check engine light come on. Thermostat needed to be replaced. Rob worked us into the schedule and got us back on the road. I was amazed with the friendly service and quick turn around. This place was great!!!

Rob is a great mechanic that is thorough and very honest. He will tell you when something needs to be fixed and also tell you when something might be needed down the line. I can't say enough about how happy I am and how much I trust Rob with my four vehicles. He is honest and reasonably priced. I also really like how he renovated his whole shop, and waiting room. It all looks very bright, clean and comfortable. Its a very nice upgrade! Mechanics like Rob are hard to find. Glad to see a few are still available.

Recently bought a new-ish used car and have been going to Rob’s for regular maintenance and oil changes ever since. His mom is the sweetest lady and is always so helpful on the phone. I was quoted 50% more at another place for a regular routine maintenance and decided to try out Rob’s and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else if you are in West County needing your car worked on. Great service, always on time, great price as well!

I have a 20 year-old car that has been giving me issues the past five years. I have had multiple people look at it and make fixes, but it never seemed to do the trick. I took it to Rob and within a day the car was fixed and driving like a brand new car. The pricing was incredibly reasonable too! We will be taking our cars here for all future fixes. An almost hole-in-the-wall car repair shop on Manchester Rd. that has proven itself to be reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. When my wife and I moved to the area fresh out of college a few years ago, we struggled to find somewhere/someone we could take our cars to and feel like we were being treated fairly. A friend finally recommended Rob's to us and our handful of experiences over the last two years have been overwhelmingly positive. I hope we are able to do continue to rely upon Rob's for all our car repair needs into the future.

Rob did a great job replacing an exhaust manifold on a Ford truck. It was a very long process for him and he did a great job getting the truck back on time and on budget. He was also great with communications, I was never sitting around waiting to be notified of the status. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a good mechanic.
