There is room for improvement in customer service- esp in relation to answering your tax questions. However, I have had the pleasure of working with senior accountant Nick McGuire - he has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and has spent several hours outside of his regular office hours researching my tax questions. Overall, I would highly recommend Indy tax service-- and ask for Nick McGuire in particular.
