Mike Feldman is a true professional. I have done mortgages for 6 years and have worked with a variety of different real estate agents. Buying a home is a rollercoaster of different emotions, even for someone who personally works in the industry. Mike has the experience and knowledge to help filter out what's important, what's not, and ensure that you are represented well during negotiations, inspections, and everything in between. There are so many part-time agents that barely have the ability to fill out the purchase agreement (which is a legally binding contract)... don't call them. Call Mike.

We knew for five years Mike would be the one to help our family look for a new place to call home. When the day came, the experience he provided was simply outstanding. From the first conversation at our dining room table to back to back closings, his knowledge, professionalism, and character went unmatched. We first met Mike at an open house and were instantly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the current Indy market and in general felt like he was someone we could trust. We told him our very specific, somewhat limiting criteria of our next home and that we weren't motivated to move unless the house was perfect. Over a year later, Mike reached out about a house that he felt was perfect for us - we agreed - but the purchase would be complicated given the home was off-market and needed significant repairs to be move-in ready. Mike worked tirelessly to come to agreement with the sellers and was available around the clock to guide us in the back and forth. Mike was also able to list and sell our previous home for over $30K of the asking price - which we can only credit to his extensive marketing efforts and network. Mike's team is also exceptional. Mike and I met in 2019, when I selected him to assist me as a buyer's agent in the Fountain Square area. Mike demonstrated expertise and made time to meet with me and answer questions in a way that impressed me. He was patient as we worked through options over the next few months, including some dead time where listings dried up and some periods where we just didn't love things. We finally found the right house on paper for our wants and needs, and Mike helped us through the whole process perfectly. Unfortunately, the brand new home turned out to be problematic, and the builder was not responsive at all. Despite everything, Mike continued to check in and offer assistance where he could, knowing that there might be a small part of us that wished he had seen the red flags that we also missed prior to the purchase. Mike never ran away from the bad news, and stayed in touch the entire time. When it came time for us to list the home after a short two years, Mike was there ready to support us through the sale as well, and was generous with his time and his team to help undo the mistake we all inadvertently walked into. Mike listed the house at the perfect price, nailed the market, and we had an offer nearly immediately, even as some other nearby properties sat on market for 45+ days. We are beyond thrilled at how smoothly and quickly the process went, and his team was great throughout. The photos in particular were stunning, made us almost sad to leave but definitely drew the showings in quickly. I would recommend Mike Feldman for all of the reasons I've mentioned, but in particular, Mike stuck around when things didn't go great - it's rare, and you hope it never happens, but sometimes it does. Mike could have wished us the best and stopped answering the phone, but he never did. He was there for all of the bad stuff, and still was able to help us buy the home of our dreams (or so we thought), and sell the home to keep chasing those dreams elsewhere. For this reason alone, I'd do business with Mike any day, and I highly recommend you do as well.

My fiance and I are so grateful to have had Mike by our side through the homebuying process. Mike was incredibly helpful finding us our first house on a tight timeline in a wild market last summer. He helped set up a portal that allowed us to look at houses as soon as they hit the market without having to wait on Zillow and let us know if there were houses he thought met our needs.
