I just finished having my first appointment here and it all went pretty well! The process was fairly straightforward and Megan was very friendly. I was in at 2 PM and out by 3:30 PM, which was about what I expected. Clarissa was very sweet and caring and did a wonderful job explaining the steps to my visit. I don't remember the name of the dentist that saw me, but he was also very professional.

I will admit that it was a little bit frustrating submitting the Appointment Request as a new patient because I wasn't sure which location this one was, but that got resolved.

Overall, great experience! Will definitely return here in 6 months.

Best dental office in Indy! Not to mention the amazing customer service from front staff to back staff! Cassandra the front desk made me feel so sure of all my treatment needed and explained everything perfectly! Never felt so at home until my appointment! I have a new dental home!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Sung during my dental visit, and I must say, her professionalism and expertise truly stood out. Not only was she highly skilled in assisting the dentist, but she also took the time to explain procedures and address any concerns I had, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the appointment. Her friendly attitude and genuine care for patients make her an invaluable asset to the dental practice.

Thank you to the Westend team for giving me a great experience. My cleaning was super easy and fast and my assistant Allizy was so kind and genuine. She made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout my appointment since it was my first time there.. I hope to get her again next time!! :)

Sung anticipated all of my needs and had all the necessary instruments and materials ready, allowing the procedure to flow seamlessly. Her calm demeanor and attentive bedside manner put me at ease throughout the treatment. Sung clearly takes pride in her work, as she meticulously sterilized each tool and kept the operatory organized. I was very impressed by Sung's skill and dedication to supporting the dentist and ensuring a positive patient experience. Her excellent assistance was a key part of the overall high-quality care I received.

Have been at this place since i moved to Indianapolis in 2020. Had a lot of dental work done and I am very satisfied. Staff are friendly. Dentists rotate a lot but all have been great at their job. I love that they are open one Saturday a month, for working patients.

Love the services from Liz! I have sensory problems ( they didn’t know) and she still went out her way to accommodate me and make sure I’m comfortable. She also did a fantastic job on my teeth! She’s definitely the best and the main reason I keep going there ☺.

Elizabeth's customer service is outstanding! She greeted me with a smile, provided excellent product knowledge, and went above and beyond to help. Her professionalism and genuine desire to assist customers is rare now in days. Thank you!

I recently went to get my teeth cleaned and the service was very well done. I usually have anxiety when going to the dentist but this time the workers there actually helped me cope with my anxiety. They are so nice and respectful. I had Allizy have me as her patient and she did an excellent job at making sure to check up on me during my cleaning. I would very much advise for more people to attend this dentists.

I was just there the other day as a new patient. Megan was very helpful explaining how everything will go! Highly recommend.

I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office. The dentist and his staff are all wonderful, hardworking and kind people. Dental assistant Sung was welcoming and very kind. I will return to complete my planned services. Thank you.

Great and friendly staff!!! They do great work. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile so I needed a deep cleaning and they did so good and my mouth felt amazing after and no more bleeding gums!

Had my cleaning done here a few days ago and I luckily got allizy who was the kindest person to ever clean my teeth her positively and patience made me feel less scared and I overall had a great experience.

The hygienist I saw was amazing. I let her know I was really anxious about being at the dentist and she explained everything she was doing and why, and the dentist himself was incredibly kind and understanding. I won’t be going anywhere else from here out!

First time coming here and honestly I have to say they did a really good job the staff was super nice and not rough at all like other dentist I’ve been to in past and after I was done the front desk assistant Joel was helpful with explaining my next procedure and scheduling my next appointment
