Newberry Dental

My child had a wonderful experience at Newberry Dental office where he received a root canal. The doctor and staff are extremely kind and went above and beyond to help him stay calm and pain free throughout the whole procedure without using gas. They even gifted him a cute plushie that he adores! He left with the biggest smile on his face and hasn’t experienced any issues or much discomfort since. Hopefully we won’t need any future appointments but if we do we’ll definitely be coming back here!

A dentist refer me here and I had a wonderful experience with them. The staff was wonderful but there was one staff member I can't remember her name she do the x-rays and help out, an African American female love her. She made me feel relaxed and we had good conversation as well. The lady that does the procedures is the bomb and very friendly. She done 3 root canals for me and done a wonderful job. Everytime I need one this is the place I will continue going to.

I had a root canal done here. They have a nice welcoming waiting room. Very friendly and efficient staff. And when I was done they gave me a plastic water cup with straw and it had chapstick and pens in it. Overall they made me feel very comfortable and taken care of and I would definitely recommend them!

I immediately felt comfortable at Newberry Dental. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and inviting; and Dr. Horcha does a wonderful job helping her patients feel relaxed and cared for. I had a “painless” root canal done during my visit and was impressed with how fast the procedure went. Thank you Dr. Horcha! I’m 39 years old and I must admit that you’re the best dentist I’ve ever had:)

5 star I had the best experience. Doctor Horcha is so caring and sweet. Thank you doctor for saving my tooth. The staff are really nice and friendly too. I highly recommend this place to everyone who needs endo treatment.

I love this dental office. Dr Horcha was very nice understanding and did an outstanding job. She really cares about her patients. I like how she makes everyone feel special and goes out of her way to make sure her patients are ok. Thank you 😊

Nice staff, explained things as we went. And I was in pain so they got me in right away. They took every precaution for covid.

The office is gorgeous and extremely friendly staff.

The receptionist had an attitude the moment I entered the office. She was not friendly, had a mug on her face and the tone of her voice spoke for itself. Good hospitality is everything and at a Doctor’ office, there should always be “pleasant energy” in the atmosphere. Will NOT return

I am disgusted with this place. Unfortunately, they treated me badly. I had an appointment and I spoke to tell them that there was an accident and I would be a little late by 4 minutes. My daughter had pain in her tooth and we were waiting for her appointment and they didn't care. They said I had to schedule it. another appointment for
their policies and they didn't care but they saw it for their interest not for my daughter's well being they only think about making money they don't value the patient nor do they care how they feel I will never make an appointment with them again

Very slow doc keeps leaving my child's root canal procedure to help other patience during my child's procedure.

It may be biased to rate a business when I've never actually been there before, but that's because I have attempted three times to schedule an appointment through both calling and emailing. I have yet to receive a response and it's been almost 2 weeks. Based on that alone, I wouldn't consider coming here even if I was finally able to make contact. 3 strikes you're out.

Lack of updated equipment, experience, and confidence. Three trips and I have to go elsewhere. Pay the extra $ and get the work done by someone more qualified and experienced.

Bad exp never will go here didnt even get to in the first place lack Of communication of what is needed to be seen .Was referred from my original dentist in will never go here again waitied a hr just for them to decline me away anyways
