Ms Rosie at the front desk and Elijah are the BOMB DOT COM!! I have talked with the new managers are they are AMAZING! Any issues they are on top of it with no problems. They are making big changes here for the better.

Everybody is amazing, very sweet, so helpful, And they let my dogs stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Everything has been great!! We had help with everything and the sweetest front desk personnel. Ms. Michaela Taylor has gone above and beyond to help in everything we needed. She’s wondering. Rooms are great as well very clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here for the past 2 years in the fall. The hospitality is awesome. We really enjoyed the staff, rooms are clean, and it felt like home for a week.
When we first walked into our room, there was a small entryway then you go into the living room. There was a small kitchenette and off the living room was a bedroom, walk through closet, bathroom and double sink and bathroom with a garden tub. 😊

Best stay in a hotel I have ever had. Shelby at the front desk is amazing!!!! She went above and beyond what I had asked. From the ladies cleaning the rooms to everyone at the front it’s just really good people. And you will be taken care of. It’s a great place to stay!!!!

The rooms are very clean, smell wonderful, very comfortable. They are like little studio mini apartment rooms. Made me feel like it was home for a couple nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. At night the security guard keeps watch over the hotel very well. He takes his job serious. I enjoyed my stay will book here again.

I really don't have anything bad to say about my stay here. The front desk staff was great last night, even though we arrived pretty late. The room is clean & everything works as it should & it's quiet. I couldn't ask for much more.

As someone who has stayed in hotels for a lot of their time away from home, I have to say among all of the ones I’ve had the privilege of being at, this hotel is the best one I’ve stayed at yet! The room has a clean aroma to it as you walk in for the first time, the view is excellent as it overlooks the local businesses and bustling highway, and the room is tastefully decorated with rich colors.
The staff here is always accommodating to my needs, even during the pandemic, and I’ve been able to make a personal connection with some of them. A quality severely lacking in other hotels.
If I am ever in Indianapolis again, there won’t be a hesitation as to where I’ll be staying next time.

Our company has been staying for the past 4 months and the management and staff have been excellent! Anything the guys need from new towels or a different room because of the heat they did not hesitate to accommodate. Camille is AWESOME! Even when she is not at the property she makes sure that we are taken care of! I have not heard of any complaints from the guys, so I believe the rooms are good (beds are comfy, cleanliness, and breakfast (which I don't think they use this amenity). Overall this is a great place to stay, and we will definitely stay again when we have a job in the area!......UPDATE..Now that our job is done we are sad to say good-bye to the Extended Stay Crew! They were all great and was accommodating from day one and it never changed 10 months later! We will miss our home away from home!

This is a very clean nice room as you can see from the pictures with a kitchen and a dishwasher and a full size refrigerator and a stove. All the towels look clean and nice, the bed looks comfortable -looks like a very nice place to stay. With the virus they don't have the exercise room or the breakfast available but they did give me muffins to have for a little bit of breakfast.

Though I haven't seen the rooms to walk in the hotel you get a immediate sense of welcoming, as I sat back and watched how they treated the guest one of those at the front was extremely friendly... come to find out its the manager, a I continue to watch she is above and beyond attentive to not only the guest and making sure their accommodated but also such a caring person with her employees. With that kind of attention to making sure everyone is happy with their stay and at their work I have no doubt a stay at this hotel would be one to remember.

My boyfriend and I chose this extended stay for a week and it has blown us out of the water in terms of exceeding our expectations. The place is spotless and has an inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works great which is important to us in Summer. They have free wifi, a free grab and go breakfast in the morning, and a pool. All of the staff are very friendly, but Jennifer at the front desk in particular was so helpful and friendly that it really sealed the deal for us. We will absolutely stay here again.

I love this particular EXTENDED STAY because in has a nice big dining room in the lobby! I love the entrance design, very symmetrical! They have a kitchen, BIG plus and comfy beds! Also there's breakfast every day! There's a gym and an outdoor pool which is a bummer for the winter months!
Staff is courteous and professional. I also like that they welcome pets.
the only downfall was that someone was smoking weed and the whole hallway smelled aweful but they took care of it!
Overall it's a nice modern place!

We originally had a reservation with Extended Stay on Fortune Cirle West. Upon our arrival the bed had what looked like blood on the sheets and bedspread. We also found out from another guest that there were frequent car break ins. The desk associate at that first location offered a transfer of our reservations to the Southern Avenue location and we took it. We were so blown away by Raymond at the front desk. He went above and beyond our expectations. He has so friendly and reassuring when we arrived. Our room was terrific!! The hotel was clean, accommodating and all employees were friendly. Thank you Raymond for a great stay!

My stay at this location was very nice a clean room with a kitchenette, queen bed and recliner chair there are washers and dryers on the 1st and 2nd floor that accepts debt cards etc (not coin feed) the breakfast was basically hot coffee, tea, or hot cocoa breakfast bars and small muffins so don't expect eggs and bacon, on the service end of things the staff was great a highlight was Rosie at the front desk she was attentive, helpful, and wonderful if I'm in the area again this location will be my first choice to go to.

We needed a place to rest our head before a 5am flight. This was the perfect place to do so. We had snacks provided in our room when we arrived. Room was clean and huge for our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Sparkle for a clean room.

We've been here for about 5 months now. The staff is great. Heather, the front desk attendant and shift lead is always pleasant and friendly. The only negative things I can say is that the free WiFi is basically unusable, and the enhanced WiFi that you pay for isn't much better. The breakfast could use some hot options like a waffle maker, toaster, possibly eggs and a meat option. I've stayed at similar places with better breakfast options.

I wld highly recommend this hotel to anyone who us looking for a great place to stay shirt term or even long term. Each room has a kitchen and the front desk has everything u need to cook with. The staff are awesome and there to help if u need anything. I find tht the staff at other hotels are away from their desks and i have to wait for them to get back to help me. The staff here are always right there so theres no wait and theyre never rude or annoyed like i find at other places. The manager is awesome. She came out and asked me how my stay has been and i appreciated tht very much. To add to the amazing staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Ill definitely be staying here again! Thank you guys for a great stay!

I have stayed at this location several times. I have always had a nice and clean stay. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The rooms I have stayed in have always been clean and comfortable. Not to mention bug free and relaxing. Thank you Dejuan and Camille.

It had been a very long and hard day finding our way through Indy. Since we weren't from Indy. we got some what turned around on the way to the Cancer center and got there late. Which made the rest of our time there later. By the time we left there we were exhausted. I thought I had my directions off google right, but again we got on the wrong road, but thanks to one of your male employees my daughter got the right directions from him and we arrived soon there after. When we opened the door to the room it was late and the room was awsome. We settled in and had a very good nights sleep. The employees were very helpful and kind. Thank you for having a place for those in need with a lower price. It was much appreciated👍💖🌼🌞
