I neglected to get her name, but I did discover she's lived in -- and -- loves Reno! She also delivers fast and friendly service and an Iced Americano that's got to be the tastiest in town!

Such a joy to find you next to our hotel while in town for PRI!!! Barista's 5 stars, Latte's 5 Stars, snacks 4 stars. (choc muffin was a bit dry). I forgot my bag of treats in the shop Friday morning and couldn't find a phone number to call the store to request someone take it to the hotel for me. But that was my only thing that was remotely wonky about your shop. Please let the girls that were there Wednesday, Thursday and Friday they are amazing and need a raise.

Great quality coffee for a fair price. The customer service is always great and the employees are super helpful with menu items. Great place, stop in!

There are 4 chairs in the whole place, and yet it seems to have anything you could want. This guy crams so much capability into a really tiny deli it's amazing.

Come try this place and you won't be disappointed in the coffee either. A really big coffee menu. I only had the Americano but as an avid coffee drinker it was really good.

They have a loyalty card too (9 stamps and you get a free coffee).

Heavenly coffee that I got almost everyday. Most others don't compare for me. Try the Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble coffee on Friday and the Hazelnut coffee on any given day, truly amazing. Friendly staff too!

Coffee was delicious. They have a wide variety to choose from. Their refreshers are also yummy. I wish I had bought more than one of the vanilla chocolate muffins.

Want to support local? Come to Cups Coffee. Prices are comparable to Starbucks, yet the quality of coffee here surpasses any other coffee I've had in downtown Indy. The baristas are fantastic, too.

Walked in here as I was leaving an appt. across the street. Found a secret little place that makes great coffee. At least it felt like a secret. Really nice people working there and plenty of caffeine to be had.

The chai is my favorite, especially with pumpkin spice syrup in the fall. It's worth feeding the meter before leaving downtown to get this wonderful drink.

I really like the friendly atmosphere , and the reasonbly priced menu items . If you want to enjoy a great cup of coffee for less than 2$ you're gonna want to pay Cups a visit .

Got a large hazelnut drip coffee and it was under $3! Pleasant experience, other friendly folks inside and the coffee was terrific.
