Edible Arrangements

I had an order delivered to me yesterday. The strawberries were so yummy but the flowers needed some love. I called the local # that was on the card and was greeted by the most friendly woman on the phone. I expressed my concerns and she ordered a re delivery for the next day. The flowers came today and are beautiful. As an added bonus, I got another order of strawberries (my office thanks you) This will be where we go in the future for all delivery gift orders! Your team was amazing! 10 plus in the customer service department!

Over the weekend, I placed an order for Valentine’s Day. Because I waited until just days before the holiday, I paid the extra $15 to guarantee delivery. On the 14th when I tracked the order it said that delivery would be on the 17th. I called, and did get a call back in under an hour confirming delivery. The order arrived, and looks nice but the pineapple was hard and under ripe, and the strawberries were over ripe and mushy. For $128 I was disappointed because I know how good fruit from Edible Arrangements can be.

Update: I ended up calling about 10 days after the holiday. A complete replacement was sent out the following day, and the recipients said it was much better. They ate it before a picture could be taken. Thanks!

I thought I got great service at this location considering it was Valentine's Day and I knew they would probably be a little rushed. I also had a free dozen of chocolate covered strawberries coming considering it was my birthday month and they asked me to come back to pick those up on my next visit which I did with no complaints. The counter person was polite and cordial throughout the whole transaction. Great Work!!!

I live out of state from my family. Holidays and birthdays were always big celebrations. Edible arrangements is a unique way to share my love during these moments. I rely on the website because there isn't a shop in my state. The excited faces shown on pictures and videos is proof they love it! They tell me the taste of the fruit and candies are far above retail purchases. Looking forward to the next celebration!

I ordered online and used the $10 off coupon then called the local shop to ask if they could deliver by a specific time - Erica was friendly, courteous and made me smile with the way she answered the phone, "How can I make your day sweeter"! I hope my recipient enjoys the arrangement as much as I enjoyed the one that I received. Great gift idea! Lots of add-ons if you want more variety.
