Best place to get any type of balloon. I could just browse here for a while...

I have not been to party City for a couple years the last time I was at party City I bought some chocolates that my daughter used to like and I think a little other little trinket or whatever other than that I hadn't been to party City since 2015 and that was when I went there for spirit week and my actual half sister's friend Alicia was working there at East Washington Street in Indianapolis at party City that's the last time I had been at party City aside from probably I want to say it had to be 2018 or 2019 with the next time that I had went to party City I did not go to party City at all this past week nor had I been any other times but I do like the stuff that's there and I would recommend people go there and I hear it's a really nice place to get birthday balloons at the only other time that I had been there other than those times was for a health fair one of many health fairs I actually went and had someone go pick up some balloons for the event at again the East Washington Street location Darrell Williams went to pick them up for me in 2016 but I'd say that it's a worth going and checking out especially for kids parties they have a lot of cute stuff

We loved the exceptional customer service we received. Our order was handled professionally and efficiently. Also, the balloon we purchased was filled in a timely fashion. I was impressed and amazed by the selection of Halloween costumes and decor.

Great place to purchase colored plates, silverware, and napkins.

The store itself is nice, and they have a wide selection of costumes and/or party supplies, which is why I gave 5 stars. Their prices, however, are OUTRAGEOUS! If you enjoy window shopping, this is the store for you, but if you actually want to purchase items for a reasonable amount, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Honestly, I really don’t like this store. My wife drags me here and makes me follow her around like a lost puppy. I am still giving it 5 stars because the store is super clean and the team members were all helpful and friendly.

I forgot his name but he was an asian man. I believe he was a manager but I told him id leave him a good review but forgot. A few months ago we bought some balloons for my daughter's birthday. By the time my wife got home they were flat. She called and told them and they said they'd give us new balloons. I arrived to get the new ones but they failed to mention I had to bring the flat balloons back! After talking with him he gave me replacements with no hesitation. They were 10$ a piece for those balloons! Thank you again!

Wide selection of everything you would ever need for a party! Prices were good and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Wonderful place to shop. Nice bright clean store that is a lot bigger than what it looks like from the outside. I will be a loyal customer for many years to come.

My “2”&”1” for my 21st lol balloons I got from them flew out the window before I could take pictures but they where so pretty😭🥲 it was my fault for putting the window down and totally neglected the fact that they would fly out😂 but overall I get a lot of stuff from them and love how quick they are to assist you at the register!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

All your inexpensive themed decorations housed under one roof. Clean store,well lit, friendly staff. Our Founding Fathers would weep with joy knowing America had such retail establishments.

I bought a bag of glitter and the dude at the counter put that action INSIDE a balloon. Later in the car the balloon popped because the glitter was too sharp. My whole right side was covered in sparkling party tinsel.

8/5 stars would glitter bomb self again. Staff was super understanding.

Went here to get some birthday decorations and I was honestly in awe in the huge variety they have there! The workers also had a lot of knowledge on the products and balloons which makes it very helpful for picking what's right for you and the birthday party!
