I regularly recommend Betterman Builders to my clients. The work is finished in a timely manner and well done.

We hired BB to fix some leaks on our roof in 2017. They came back with a several thousand dollar estimate including lack of insulation and ventilation in our attic. That actually surprised me because our home is that last home on our street to have the snow melt off the roof which is an indication of good insulation. At any rate, we hired Betterman Builders to do the work. One of the leaks only shows up in the winter time (weird I know) and I explained this to Melody as well as the married couple who did the work. Since they did the work in the warmer months I could not tell if the one leak was corrected. When the first cold snap hit the area began leaking again. Immediately I called Melody and long story short after many many phone calls, messages and promises over several months they NEVER came to even try to fix the issue. I am only writing this review now because the second leak they were supposed to fix in another bathroom is AGAIN LEAKING in the SAME SPOT. So apparently what they tried to fix there only held up for one year.

I would call and ask about warranty but I’ve already been down that road with the first leak that was never fixed.

Betterman Builders has been a TOTAL WASTE of several thousand dollars.
