Indianapolis - Beech Grove BMV Branch

Recommend going in before 3pm for basically everyone. I usually hate anything that relates to the bmv, it's basically a longtime US joke, but I went during the day before 3pm and I was in and out in literally twenty minutes, both times I went in. AJ was the person who helped me was super fast, efficient, and to the point. Never had someone earn a review this fast before today. Super impressive!

It was a long wait but she got me my title and registration and plates and everything handled quickly. I was done within 5 mins of sitting in front of her. She is an amazing employee. I wish I could have gotten her name. But she was moving the customers in and out quicker than anyone else. She was doing the walk ins for the tests and drives too. She was on it. All I know is she has a a pretty mermaid rainbow La something taped on her glass......

Very busy, waited an hour or so. Staff was organized and to the point. But knowable and respectful at the same time. They don't have an easy job.

I was at the beach grove Bmv office this morning I had an appointment and I was in and out in no time. Miss Canary at window 3 today was very nice and extremely helpful. I feel that she went out of her way to help me. Thank you Miss Canary I hope I see you the next time I am there. Have a great weekend

This really isn't bad. Everyone is keeping their distance, being kind and courteous, and the security officer is kind and understanding.
The line moves pretty quick, and they wipe the seats down between people.
The only thing I would add is a temperature check at the door.

I had a great experience recently thanks to an employee by the name if Daniele. She was very helpful and polite as I was trying to get a new vehicle registered.

This branch just restored my faith when it comes to a reliable bmv service. Stuff were friendly unlike the branch on Madison Ave, were making sure I was taken care off. Although I paid lots of money for my transfer registration, I am still leaving satisfied for the great service.

Get in. Show your license and Ticket number. Get out. DONE.

Not very crowded. Speedy and polite service. I prefer that particular branch over any other in Indianapolis. They have a kiosk for many transactions, even expiration stickers that are dispensed upon purchase.

I took my dad to renew his license and plates. We had maybe a 20 minute wait. Leslie took care of him, and she was great!!! She really helped him out. Thank you Leslie!!!

Got in, my number, renewed my license and registration all in 7 minute's. It was great. Those worker's were working their butts off!

My number was 322. But I was still in and out of the BMV in 45 min. Got my license renewed and my plates also. Pretty good service!!!

They are fast I had 15 people ahead of me and it took them no time to call me I was in and out in 28 minutes

It was a great experience and not what I expected for a BMV, especially during COVID19 changes in protocol. Very organized, social distanced, small wait times, and efficient services.

Efficient!!! Went in for new plates and we were out with in 10 minutes!!
