AmeriPlex Family Dental Care: Keenan Cave, DMD

For multiple reasons, it was time for me to find a new dentist. After running through a few searches (and having seen the office off of Kentucky Ave) I decided to give AmeriPlex Family Dental a go.

My first appointment was complicated - I had been bumped for my routine cleaning at my previous dentist and had a filling that was crumbling. I called Dr. Cave's office and they were able to seat me pretty quickly. My anxiety with dental work has always been a bit high but was amped up because I knew that the failed filling would require work. However, upon entering the doors to Dr. Cave's office, I was greeted by a genuinely warm and easy-going staff.

Once in the chair, Dr. Cave and his team were absolutely fantastic. They thoroughly described everything they were doing as well as the "why" of each step. From the routine cleaning to a new crown prep/placement/bite adjustment, they have gone above and beyond. So much so that most of my prior anxiety has been quelled. Whether it be from their ability to interact/connect with the patient or from the mastery of their craft, they make a stressful situation comfortable.

If you are local and searching for a new dentist, I feel as though one would be hard-pressed to find a better staff elsewhere.

I have had a difficult time finding a dentist that truly listens and understands your fears. I am so excited, Ameriplex Family Dental gets me!! Everyone there is amazing and will do anything to ensure you are comfortable. Still not a fan of dentist, but they are changing that for me with each visit. If your looking for a dentist, stop in and meet these people. You won't regret it!

Great friendly professional staff! They do excellent work and really take care of you! And they’re only 5 minutes from my house so it’s perfect! Highly recommend Dr Cave and his staff!

When i forst came here, I had anxiety so bad and they were amazing with me. Saving my teeth cleaned today and they were amazing again.

My dentist for many many years retired and Dr Cave took over the practice. Of course i was a bit hesitant with change but what I was quick to realize was that any hesitancy was not warranted! Dr Cave and the entire staff are the best!!! They are professional , courteous, and friendly and make you feel like family! I always leave that place with a smile on my face which is unusual when speaking about that dreaded dentist visit. I would highly recommend to anyone!!! And I do not recommend things often so that is saying something! Five stars isn’t enough!!

I went there July 19 of 2021. I had some other dentist fill some cavities an they messed my teeth up. I used to come here when doctor vote was in practice before he retired. I don’t know why I went to a different dentist an I should of just came here first. Well let’s say they listened to my concerns an what the other dentist did an my experience with them. In the end of the day. He an his helper fixed one of the cavities an I feel no pain after the numbing wore off. Just a lil sore in my cheek. Theses people are amazing very good personalities. I highly recommend to come here. Thank you guys! I can eat again on my right side 😊 from the bearded dragon lady 💜

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years when Dr. Vote was here. My daughter has also been coming here since her first dentist appointment, when Dr. Vote was here, and she Is now 13. . When he retired I was really nervous about seeing a new dentist. I must say, Dr. Cave and his staff made the transition very smooth and I feel like they took extra care to retain established clients and it worked. I am very pleased with the care that my daughter and I receive and we will continue coming here. Dr. Cave makes us feel like we’ve known each other for years. I’d also like to mention that we live about 45 minutes away and could easily find a dentist who is closer to home, but I trust Dr. Cave immensely and will continue to make the drive for great dental care.

Absolutely love this dental office. Everyone in this office is so incredibly nice and thoughtful. Scheduling is easy, and I am always seen almost immediately upon arriving. There is little to no waiting.

I put off going to the dentist for years after moving here for college. Since scheduling my first appointment with AmeriPlex Family Dental, I have returned to my 2 appointment per year routine and am so satisfied with the care I have received. I will recommend this dentist to everyone and anyone who is looking for a friendly, competent, and professional dentist.

I’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad experience! I’ve had both dental exams and cosmetic work done. Everything has always turned out beautifully! Dr. Cave and his team are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to try to fulfill any and all requests. Plus I’ve never had to wait more than a few days to get in!

Professionalism at its best. From the welcoming staff to feeling of cleanliness throughout the facility. Everyone is so friendly and regularly asks about how me and my family are doing, remembering our names. Sometimes the dentist office is the last place I want to be but they truly do make you feel like family, listening to my concerns and putting my fears to rest. I consider myself a life long patient which is nice, because we only get 1 set of teeth. Highly recommended

The absolute best!! Staff and Dr.Cave are incredible!! So super accommodating not only to me and my husband as adult patients but also to my very young kiddos! Very relaxed, clean and professional environment and friendly service from moment you walk in, all the way out the door! Can’t say enough great things about Dr.Cave and staff!! The staff is extremely courteous, friendly, & knowledgeable. I have always been completely satisfied with the care & services provided to me by Dr. Cave & the hygenists. Whenever I have had unexpected dental issues, the staff has been prompt in scheduling an appointment for assessing my situation & providing necessary treatment. Cynthia at the front desk is a gem!

Long-term patient here! There thru the transition from Dr. Vote to Dr. Cave and somehow they still manage to provide the best customer service! Going to the dentist is not something any of us look forward to but the staff always puts me at ease and makes me feel completely comfortable there.
Even with me moving further away, I still choose to make the drive to Dr Cave’s office because they treat each patient as if they are the only patient they have! I couldn’t ask for a better provider or better service!

I am thoroughly impressed with this office all around. They spent a couple of hours making my 3 year old comfortable and happy with her first trip to the dentist. The dentist offered up his office for her to watch cartoons while my other two children were being seen. The entire staff is so nice, patient and caring. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else now.

Wonderful staff that’s friendly and welcoming. I was never a big fan of going to the dentist but honestly now I don’t even mind going for my 6 month cleaning. Highly recommended. The front desk lady Cynthia was particularly very helpful and made my experience great.

Four weeks ago I chipped most of my tooth in front from a night out to dinner so I’ve spent hours looking for a dentist so Dr. Cave assistant contact me ASAP my confidence was so low so today my tooth was fixed and they did a awesome job and it looks like I never lost a tooth I’ve been smiling all day and I’m so satisfied and happy thank you Dr.Cave and Dan you both did a amazing job.
