Panera Bread

Came here just after lunch. Place was fairly clean. Fairly quiet and relaxed. Normal conversations. The turkey bacon avocado sandwich is amazing. The people who took my order were very friendly and quick.

Went here to grab some food on my way out of town and was telling my wife about my go-to meal, the Turkey Bacon Bravo. I was excited for her to try it. Well, I was sad when they told me they were out of lettuce (to be fair, it was 9 pm). I asked for a suggestion and was told to try one of their hot sandwiches, The Chipotle chicken and Avo melt. It was a fantastic substitute! My wife was happy food dancing with the bacon mac N cheese. The charged mango lemonade was great and much needed after a long day and before a long drive.

Literally the best sandwich I ever had in my life I love sourdough bread the salad, Fuji, apple salad. Oh my gosh so good perfect banana strawberry service was great. I don’t even care if it cost more and it’s totally worth the way cause it’s so delicious.

Love their Onion Soups and French Baguette! Wonderful service and well aware of my limited accommodation and not being able to use the drive-thru speaker before coming up to the window. Would be awesome if they had a hand touch screen to order it drive-thru or a special button for limited accessibility for customers. Still nevertheless, will come back for their delicious food! Thank you, Panera for your understanding!!

Been loving Panera Bread as an eatery, since my Son worked there, back in NJ, when he was in HS! Today, here living back home in OR, my dining partner & I had pepperoni flatbread pizza. It was just as I expected, truly excellent. I have never had a bad menu item or a bad pastry or a bad bagel here. If I was a monetarily rich Woman & didn't enjoy cooking so much, I would undoubtedly eat here everyday. Shhhhhhh, don't tell on me!

Just wanted something good to eat, big selection, nice atmosphere. The service has always been top notch. It doesn't take long for order, I like the puck the give you for when order is ready lights go off and vibrates, you know the song? Anticipation. Ya Baby. Gateway Mall check them out.

Delicious. Definitely going back! The atmosphere was very pleasant and staff were polite. The bakery is amazing.

Panera Bread in Eugene has a great staff and they get "customer service" Morg runs a good crew and deserve your business. Drive through food was hot and fast. Mexican corn chowder and Margarita pizza is a great vegetarian PICK 2 option. If you found this review to be helpful please like it. 👍👍👍👍👍

Panera having internet issues and app issues was able to go in and still get everything I needed. Even app related.
Service was still 100% keep it up guys

We ordered off DoorDash, we got our food and one of our sandwiches was much smaller than it should’ve been. We called the store and they we so understanding and nice, EXCELLENT customer service! They delivered the second sandwich themselves and even threw in some chips and cookies without us even asking. This was an excellent experience with this store and the customer service we received was very much appreciated.

The Southwest Caesar Salad with Chicken salad is so yummy!

Really good food, fresh baked and dependable. I'm a total addict for the French onion soup and the spicy Thai salad!!

I’ve been eating Panera for years. I moved here from the Midwest & was happy to see that Panera had a location in Springfield. I am writing this review because of the person at the Drive Thru, I think their name may have been Morgan. They are absolutely stellar at providing quality customer service. I was very impressed with how attentive, friendly, & polite they were while speaking with me & taking my order! When you hired them, you made an excellent choice. Best customer service I’ve received at a drive thru in many years! They were so awesome I didn’t even care that they had run out of tomatoes for my sandwich. They deserve a raise! 5 Stars! :)

This was the perfect stop after a long drive on a Memorial day weekend. The restaurant was very clean and quiet & the sandwiches are very tasty and filling. Also, I was pleased of how helpful the manager on duty and his staff were helpful & kind in getting me the special service I needed for the day.

Food and people are great. For.some reason the tables are always super sticky....maybe it's the material?

Very Nice Restaurant. I Haven't had any problems there, Food Is really yummy, Employees are friendly, and service is fast.Atmosphere is calming and peaceful, Mac And Cheese, cookies, and everything here is great! It's my go to place when I go through Eugene-Springfeild on the way to Salem... Highly recommend it to others...Wish we had one in Medford, OR.

I love all the food here. The company does many great things. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms have changing tables which is a plus and they have a kids menu that young kids will actually eat.

I come here quite often food is good and never really had any problems. If you do have any problems, they will gladly help you out.
