Thank you Albertsons for helping me with this process. Tamara is the sweetest lady she took time to talk me through the process and even keeping me updated. They really made it a easy transition for me and my family. Highly recommend.

Albertson's Mortuary was the best thing to happen to me and my family!! Dominique Battles and her team/group took the best care of our family member! They did such a beautiful job, that we just could not thank them enough! May god continue to bless you all as you continue your great work/ministry! My husband was on hospice and I went to Albertson's to check them out. I met Kim and she was such a sweetheart! She made me feel comfortable and I knew that I wanted them to handle my husband's cremation. I filled out the preliminary paperwork and so all I had to do was call them when my husband passed. When he passed away I called Albertsons and let them know what hospital he was at. I received a call from Steve and he said "Mrs. Watson your husband is in our care." That was such a touching call and I felt my husband was well cared for. Grieving is hard enough without having to worry about if your loved one is taken care of or not. I did not have that worry with Albertson's. I would use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality care, professionalism and affordable pricing for end of life services.

I would like to thank Albertsons Mortuary for all that they did for our family in the passing of my beloved brother. They did a wonderful job in making sure our family was at ease through the whole process of burying our love one. Ms. Dominique, I can’t say enough about you. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for holding our hands from start to finish. I feel as though we’ve known you all our lives. You’re truly amazing person inside and out. I can’t thank you enough.

If I could give your guys a million stars I would! Saturday May 22, 2021 we held my sister in love(law) funeral and it was beyond beautiful, The first time I met Mrs. Battles she greeted us with a sweet and warm presence it felt like family, I would of thought my family and I knew her for years! Mrs. Battles started off our experience with a prayer and little did she know we are a God fearing family. That right there I think sold me on her! But for my mother in law i believe it was the 3, 3’s for her. Everything about the experience was amazing she listened to everything that we wanted, she was even okay with me wanting to be in control to! I just knew this had to be different. Mrs. Battles and her team went over and beyond! I can’t really put into words how amazing they are, but if I had to a couple things I would say is if you want to have an amazing experience, choose them, if you want to deal with someone who is professional, choose them, if you want to feel loved during a hard time, choose them, if you want someone or a place that will care in love your deceased family as if they knew them in present life, choose them, if you want to be heard, choose them, if you want a place that doesn’t make you feel as if you can’t afford to give your family member the celebration they need and you want, choose them their prices are affordable for whatever direction you choose. My family lost a loved one, an amazing God fearing woman, but we gained an angel. Trust God!! Even when you feel as if this doesn’t seem right remember THIS TOO SHALL PASS

Albertson's Mortuary was such a blessing to me and my family. They are very kind and compassionate and they did such an awesome job taking care of my daughter. I thank God for the special care and support they gave to my family.

Kim and Tamara are two of the kindest, most amazing women I've met. They went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed during an incredibly difficult and painful loss. The facility was beautiful and simple. Peaceful and private. Kim took care of everything so we could have a few final precious moments with our loved one. She and Tamara answered all of our phone calls and late night questions. I couldn't recommend any where else if you want your loved ones to be taken care of with love, kindness, and professionalism.

I can't even begin to express How wonderful These people are My dad passed away in 2020 And I just up on this number From VA and Tamara and Kim was so wonderful and took care of everything.
Then in 2021 March the 2nd My husband passed away And I didn't hesitate I called them immediately And went to meet with Tamara And we were going to have a closed casket Completely But after talking with Tamara we decided to go ahead and view him as a family And we were so happy we did Tamara did such a wonderful job on my husband because he was very sick and very skinny But she made him look like he did a few years ago in just the way they handle everything is so touching to me I have told everyone about albertsons
And I will continue to do that because I think what she brings to people is unlike any other mortuary I have ever dealt with.
I will be eternally grateful to her and the staff, She truly does put the woman's touch in everything she does.

This was by far the most personalized experience I’ve ever had - Ms Dominique was amazing from start to finish. My brother looked amazing - I can’t put into words how Albertsons exceeded my expectations. I will forever utilize them - they have truly gained a lifelong friend and customer. Ms. Dominique is a living angel. She’s compassionate, professional, and truly cares about the families she serves. She went over and beyond in the area of customer service. Planning a loved ones homegoing celebration is stressful but working Albertson’s alleviated the stress our family felt. The entire staff was friendly and professional.

Tamara was the most helpful wonderful person to go through this experience with. She was so helpful the whole time. She made sure that everything went smoothly and quickly and made sure we could bring my mom home in two days. It was a blessing to have her help us through this time. I highly recommend her and her services.

I am truly thankful for Albertsons Mortuary.. they have served my family 4 times since 2018. The most recent was May 29, 2021. Every time it has been a comforting experience and a great help and relief to myself and family. They go above and beyond to serve during our time of need and I know God uses them to be a blessing to many. These ladies were absolutely wonderful when my Loved one passed away; very caring and empathetic, professional, while giving us so many flexible options.

The first mortuary the nurse contacted said they wanted paid onsite before collecting my loved one for preparation; i was in disbelief from the lack of tact, empathy; I am so glad that we were referred to Albertsons after that.

My world was spinning with a dizzying amount of things to take care of in a short amount of time. However, after I left Albertsons and with these girls, I was at ease and relieved that my Loved one was in such good hands.

We were very pleased with the Memorial that these girls put together, our loved one looked beautiful and we were so grateful for how caring and they were.

Tamara and Kim are hands down the best! Absolutely wonderful girls!

These lady's are awesome! It was a breeze for me for this to be my first time having things on my shoulders! She made me feel welcomed! Very humble and embracing! For the funeral total outstanding, she deserves a around of applause! Finalizing the overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could right a book I would but this Mortuary help in so many ways .I’m talking above and beyond . Everything my family asked for Ms. Dominique presented in the best way possible . My brothers funeral was soo beautiful and to top it off evan though her focus was suppose to be that of the deceased they also took time to make sure we felt special and important in our time of grieve . His face was natural no make up needed his hair was clean and in place . his customs/casket/and obituary were even beautiful . I just wanna say thank you from my family and I .

During such a hard and trying time Tamara and Kim really pulled through and handled everything. They had a great listening ear, respect, and treated I and my family like we were theirs. I appreciate their service and would recommend Albertson's Mortuary highly.

Albertsons goes above and beyond to make sure that our love ones are buried in a loving and respectful manner no matter what your insurance or income looks like when you co.e to them. Albertsons adds such a personal touch you would think that they were family members.

Very kind and courteous. Kim was patient and nice . She did everything to make the process easier. It was a great comfort to my friend who lost her brother. I greatly recommend this establishment for a easy experience in a difficult time.
