The manager Hunter was amazing. He fixed what so many others couldn't with my bill. After hours with others, and another Verizon store, he fixed dit in 20 mins. My service is still horrible, even sitting in their parking lot to write this review, but at least got the service I'd expect after 11 yrs with them.

Just walked out of the Verizon store here in Redmond. If I had 3 thumbs, they would all be up. The customer service I received from Bronstan was EXCEPTIONAL. He was tenacious in getting my trade in value for me. Made several phone calls to various departments within the company to get it to go through. (Not sure what the problem was, but he fixed it.) He was so much fun to work with, I didn't mind the wait. Give that guy a raise...he deserves it!! Thanks for helping me.

Received personal and caring service from Jared. He answered all of my questions and helped me with my detailed purchase! Very grateful to this young man for his kindness and patience.

Great and helpful people and there to answer your questions and fix problems

After I recieved my replacement insurance claim phone in the mail from Asurion (Asurion, the company that handles insurance protection on the other hand is straight garbage) after I tried to activate it was left with no service on either phone. I eventually made the decision to go into my local Verison store for help. I was super frustrated at this point and walked in with a little bit of an attitude coming at the first employee I saw and spitting off what the problem was and that they needed to figure it out fast cause my dog was in the car and it was already hot. The employee Zayn didn't even skip a beat and offered me to go get my dog and bring her in and immediately got to work. He dealt with customer service until THEY finally fixed the mistake the Asurion Help Line customer service had made the night before that was disrupting my service. Although the customer service people took so long, Zayn was incredibly nice, calm, and knowledgeable and I felt confident the entire time that the issue would be resolved promptly. And I was so gracious for his help and being able to allow my dog with me otherwise I would still be without a working phone! He even had jokes! Did you hear the news about the broom? Its sweeping the nation!

Definitely left happy being a Verizon customer and reminded of why I left Boost mobile long ago and confident if I have any problems in the future I would much rather just come into the store knowing they will resolve it and I can save myself the annoyance of trying to deal with customer service over the phone by myself.

If you need anything, ask for Zayn! He's your guy!

Honestly these guys really helped. After the Bend verizons screwing everything up we came in here and they fixed everything about an hour it took. I appreciate their help. They were friendly. Honestly I was going to go back to consumer cellular but I chose not to because of how great these guys were. So thank you.

I would like to thank Antone for his incredible service at the Redmond Verizon store. Thanks to his knowledge and experience I walked in the store with a broken refurbished phone and no upgrade and walked out with the rigid phone I need and a new phone upgrade for the wife with no money down and a smaller monthly bill to boot. Things did not go as planned after the purchase and when I went back for further assistance, with issues beyond his control after my purchase, he took care of them with no questions asked. I would recommend this buying experience to anyone and everyone as I would my family and friends. It is hard to get truly good service these days but that is what I received at the Redmond store. Jeremiah is a very nice and helpful sales associate that was a pleasure to do business with. It was awesome to be able to make appointments ahead of time. I am recommending everyone to switch to Verizon....1000 times better than ATT was 3 years ago. I will never regret making that change! Thanks Jeremiah for all you do!!

I lost my cell phone. You can imagine how stressful that can be. So with no phone I went to this Verizon store for help. The greeter, Chandler, was very nice and understanding and set up a speedy reservation for a representative to help me. The rep, Melissa, immediately got on the computer and she located my phone! Good detective work. And thanks to the unknown honest person who found it in the Lowe's parking lot and turned it in to lost and found. We were reunited. What a relief! Thank you Melissa!

Melissa at the Redmond Verizon on the corner of Veterans Way was amazing. Not sales driven at all. She was absolutely focused on my needs. Listened to my concerns and help me get exactly what I needed without any extra expense. Thank you Melissa! I am a happy customer. You should be recognized for your customer service mindset. I cant say this for every experience I have had to date, but if they continue to hire individuals like you I will continue to come back.

This place is a well-oiled machine. It's very scary to walk in here, almost like walking into a shark tank. Two people waiting at the door to greet you and, it seems, ready to pounce. Once in, I had all of my problems solved in minutes. I bought a phone outright, and the sales person did not try to upsell, so thankful. Great store!

I was at this Verizon store helping friends who had recently purchased pre-owned phones. Melissa was the CSR who helped us. She was phenomenal!!! She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient. I could go on, but the bottom line is, Melissa is a huge asset to Verizon and should be recognized for her service. As for the store, it was clean, well run, and though there was a wait because of social distancing, they handled it with competence and fairness. If we ever switch to Verizon, this is the store I would choose and Melissa would be the rep I would want to work with.

Everyone here was very helpful. This Verizon tends to be pretty busy since it's the only one in town. They take your name and phone number and are able to see you pretty quickly to assist you with anything you may need. Good sales too!

Yesterday, my experience at this Verizon location on Hwy 97 in Redmond, Oregon. It was "Top Drawer", which means the employees where functioning like a well oiled machine and proving service that is unmatched hands down! Chandler, the store manager, made an incredible impression on me! With the pandemic causing business to have to operate differently, with imposed social distancing, Chandler, was activitly involved making sure the customers coming to his store, where put at ease immediately! Chandler, was not just standing idle, waiting for the customer to come to him, no he was greeting us as we opended our car door. He immediately asked what we had needed of. He repeated back to me what my need was and informed me of the needed wait time and I could wait in my car and he would come get me when the associate was ready for me. Becuase he took the time to come to us, no one minded waiting. Chandler, you are a rock star of a manager. Not to top Chandler, Melissa, the associate who helped us with a guarentee 14 day exchange, and she was professional and well trained at meeting my needs. With, the carrier I was with for nearly 20 years, I was never in and out the store with the speed and accuracy that Melissa provided for us. I did mention this to her and she shared with me that it is Verizon's goal to cut down the wait time as much as possible. To the whole team at the Verizon wireless on hwy 97 in Redmond, Oregpn, "Keep up the great work."

Another great visit. The same young man as last time I needed help solved my problem in minutes. I wish the store on Hwy 97 in the South of Bend was half as good.
