I absolutely LOVE having my eyebrows done by Felicity here! She is truly magic and I really like the new location, although you have to keep your eyes peeled—totally worth it! This hidden gem won’t stay hidden for long. (I added some pics to help you find your way.)

I was very frustrated with my experience at Le Spa. I booked an appointment online to try and get my eyebrows waxed and realized I wasn’t going to be able to make it to my appointment. I tried to reschedule my appointment online but it doesn’t allow you to reschedule an appointment online and you have to call in. I tried calling and nobody answered so I left a message. I tried calling a few times with no response. I tried calling at my appointment time since I knew someone would have to be there and no response. I tried to write in online. I was then charged $42 for my appointment that I never went to and couldn’t reschedule. I called the following week and spoke to the owner that informed me she was out of the country. After explaining this situation to her she would still not refund my money and told me that I should have showed up to the appointment. I felt that she was very rude and will not be returning.
