We absolutely love Dr. Jones!
She has been our family doctor for several years and always makes us feel seen and cared for.

Dr. Jones is the most humble Doc I know that listens, understands and if she doesn't understand, she will investigate to the fullest to get the understanding. She has recognized 2 major issues with me in a matter of a few days that my former doctor totally ignored and misdiagnosed for years. If you're looking for a PCP that will talk with you like family, listen, remain humble, AND remain professional, then She is the doctor for you.

Dr. Jones listens. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. She is humble, investigative, and her demeanor relaxes you. She is amazing, but really, how often do patients get to feel heard?

I am the worst patient to care for! I don't listen or follow through with the care that is prescribed most of the time but Dr. Jones has always been professional and gave the best care possible.

Giving this office a rating of zero would be generous. It's suitable only for mundane tasks like yearly labs and routine physicals. When faced with a serious issue, pray you have a PPO policy to escape this labyrinthine practice. I'm heading to a competent doctor's office now.

First visit with her went well! Second visit she was a little moody but still professional. Third visit was with my daughter, I made a joke to my kid and Tameka tells me don't do that like as if she was my mother. Fourth visit I needed my fmla renewed she acted as if I was lying about my past injury wanted me to pay to see other specialist before filling it out in which I did and said she would fill out my information and never did I called a few times to check in status her nor anyone else ever followed up with me.
