Honest and professional work at a fair price. Got my tires rotated for $20. I was told by a corporate chain mechanic, that I needed $4,000 in suspension work! Then I went here, and another local shop, Vega Auto Service and they mentioned no suspension work was needed. This is my lesson learned to always get second opinions on expensive work! Saved me $4,000 by going to smaller locally owned shops for their opinion. Thank you Best One, for your honesty! I’ll be back.

Mandy and the crew are awesome. I left work this morning to find a screw in my tire. I called and they got me right in. They were able to repair the tire saving me a ton of money. I was in and out of their shop in less than 30 minutes. Plus everyone there was so nice. I’ll be back for my automotive needs!

If you're a college student in need of quick and friendly service, Best-One Indy Glendale is the place to go. The wheel of my car fell off inbetween finals and going home and Best-One fixed my car in two days! They're resonably priced and the staff is incredibly friendly and will explain everything to you. The location is also ideal as you can take the 18 directly from Butler to Indy Glendale Shopping Mall

I always come to this location and am never disappointed! They have fantastic communication and will call ahead to give a price for the work before it's started. They are always extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mandy. Best-One is always able to complete my services in a timely fashion and I appreciate that they are open a bit later than other shops. Highly recommend!

We got 2 flat tires over Thanksgiving. They ordered the tires and got us going on Monday. Very efficient, polite and kind.

I had a great experience they did an oil change, tire rotate and they changed out my license plate bolts.

Fantastic experience and service! My battery died and I was worried that due to the wonky nature of my older Chevy that it would take a while to have it replaced. Best One got me in and finished very quickly. Everyone there was professional and pleasant to deal with and they kept me updated with an estimate and completion time. Definitely recommend this place.

They were able to fix my water pump and thermostat same day I dropped it off. Excellent customer service

Always friendly, honest and informative. I’ve been using this store for 15 + years. Originally with my late husband and now that he has passed, I know I can count on them to take care of any issues I have with my car. If they can’t do the work they let me know up front. Their estimates are honest and their work is trustworthy. I’ve moved several times, but I still drive to this store for service. It is worth my time to know I’m getting quality service. Once again, I can count on this tire store to treat me like a queen! Made an appointment for 4 new Firestone tires and was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Under new management since my last visit but still great service! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you manager Mandy and service tech Jason! They definitely take pride in their service and work. Blessings to them both!

Another auto issue resolved! The heater was blowing warm air but not hot enough to heat the car. The techs did their magic again and resolved the issue. Thank you manager Mandy and your great team!

On June 9th 2023 Best-One Indy did a complex battery install on my Ford Escape. They did a great job and got me in and out quickly. It was very affordable and I appreciated them helping me last minute so I could make my nephews graduation. They the Best, & great customer service. I encourage everyone to take your car needs to them.

I’ve been here a few times for oil changes, and I’ve been really impressed with the pricing and service. I’ve had so many bad experiences with auto service shops, so it’s wonderful to find a place that is straightforward, honest, thorough, explains things, has a nice staff and does what they say they will do. Always a great experience here. Highly recommend.

Massive thank you to Matt and anyone elese who worked on my car. I had to drop mine off and got so caught up at work I didn't get a chance to pay before close. They still got me taken care of same-day, and was able to pick up my car after hours. I will absolutely be back for maintenance.

Amazing customer service at this location as always. I only use these guys for all my car maintenance needs. This past time I needed a new tire and they had me in and out on one of the coldest days. Mandy and her team are awesome.

My daughter got a flat right by the shop, but they were closed. I left my key and all my information in their drop box and called them the next day. When I called they had already pulled my car in and had prices ready. When it was done I couldn't get to them til the next day and they held my car safety on the lot til the next day free of charge. The young man that took my calls was very understanding and professional.

They made me feel confident about my choice of place to get my car done from the time I walked in to drove away. So with that being said, I would most definitely recommend going to their shop to get service. 👍🏽☺
