Dr. Wakefield not only understood what I am dealing with as a woman,she was empathetic. She tries to resolve my issues every time without prescribing pills to dull my senses. Her office does a great job with follow up.

Love her!!! Saw her today in person. She listened and cared. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor or a better human being. She even gave me an elbow bump. Very down to earth!!!

My doctor. I like her

A lot of my appointments were left feeling empty handed and unaccomplished. She never really seemed to care or didn’t seem like she really listened to my concerns. It also felt like she would only do something if she felt she was right. She’s prescribed me medications that’s didn’t help me at all and even prescribed me something that I found out ended up being highly addictive and caused me headaches. She never really seemed like she wanted to resolve my issues, just that she was going through the motions to say she did something. Also claimed I was depressed simply because I hadn’t spoken with my sister recently. What kind of sense is that? She’s canceled my appointments an hand full of times, and then when I had a very important appointment scheduled with her, she had it canceled only to find out she’s no longer with the network for some odd reason. Seeing these reviews, I might know why now. Overall wasn’t happy with this physician.

Very black and white, no compassion at all. No desire to help solve your issues unless it’s solely what she thinks it should be. Does not listen to understand only listens to hear. Definitely does not follow Community Health Networks Patients First values.
