My husband and I worked with Dave to add a couple lines to a family plan from another service. Being in another state, we had to do everything remotely. Dave did a fantastic job working with us to make the transfer from our other service fast and easy. We were able to communicate with him not just by phone, but through texting as well. It was very reassuring that he could send us photos of our receipts and packages with tracking numbers since we were not there in-store. I didn’t know phone representatives could work this way, and if not all of them do, that should say a lot more about how Dave goes above and beyond his job description! Thanks Dave for making our transition to Verizon so smooth. We are very happy with your service!

I worked with Dave when purchasing a new phone recently! He was extremely helpful and friendly. I had issues at another Verizon store just an hour before walking into the Circle Centre store and had called prior to arriving. Dave had already had the phone of my liking as well as cases he thought I might like sitting out for me upon arrival so the process of buying the phone went very quick and smoothly.

My fiancé and I went in to get our first phone plan as a couple. Dave helped us from beginning to end and his customer service was incredible. He answered every question multiple times if need be and never got frustrated. He wrote out fees in simple ways so that we fully understood what we were paying for. He asked questions to get to know us personally and when we left we felt we had made a new friend! We will return whenever we need to make updates to our plan or ask questions. Excellent service!

The customer service here was great! These guys went above and beyond to help me with my new phone. Eric even delivered my phone to me downtown after he got off work since I had an important work event to get to. JD stayed 30 minutes late to help me recover my photos and contacts after I messed up my iCloud. I highly recommend this Verizon for their friendly and caring staff! :)

Walked in after work, note bands of America was in town, and it was very busy but Todd was still eager to help us! He walked us through our bill and let us know exactly what it would be to get unlimited data, and even what it would be if we were to upgrade. He let us use the iPhone X before we committed to anything to make sure we ultimately got what was right for us. My wife and I both ended up getting the iPhone 8 Plus and we love it! He was quick and efficient and we left feeling like we had all of our questions answered. He even messaged us a few days later to see how we liked our phones and if everything was alright! 10/10 recommend him!

Excellent customer service, went it in a hurry and left in a timely fashion. Todd is very knowledgeable about Verizon products, responds quickly to questions, and definitely goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy. He even text me a few says later to make sure I was satisfied with my device..

We have worked with David Eger whom is an excellent Account Manager! He is patient with urgent needs and is almost always able to assist. If he is not, he will conference in the appropriate team to provide what is needed until problem is resolved. Wonderful Verizon Account Manager. Verizon is very lucky to have him!

Today I was working with Todd who is an employee at this store. He was very precessional and even went above and beyond to take care of my needs, we originally set up a date so I could get my new phone and I sadly could not make it. But Todd really wanted to help me and changed his own schedule around to match mine so I could get my new phone! He showed a genuine interest in getting me the best deal I could possibly get and insuring that I got the best for what I was paying. I can honestly say that Todd truly does care for the customers and will always do the best for them whenever he can!

My salesman, Dave Eger, was very helpful. He listened intently to my situation, then did the research needed to accurately meet my needs. He adequately answered all of my questions and concerns and offered a product and package that fit my needs and budget very well. His follow up was also very good.

David Eger was very knowledgeable, a great asset to Cellular Sales at Circle Center Mall, and Verizon Wireless. He was on top of the plans, the phones, and service.
David went above and beyond normal duties, especially since I changed my mind 3 different times on phones. Not all in one day either. He stayed in contact with me and notified me promptly when my final choice on a phone came in. and got right to work as soon as I arrived at the store. I would recommend this location, and David to anyone looking for cellular service, and will continue to do business here.

Starting my service was a great experience. Chris Nigh definitely took his time to explain all of my options and set me up with something I could definitely manage as far as the extra things I wanted. I would definitely go to him if I need help with anything as far as my service. He will definitely be recommended to all of my friends and family

My wife and I just got married over the summer and it had come time for use to start our own family plan! The staff was very helpful in helping us transfer a line from another carrier and getting an account that works well with our budget. Dave Egar worked with us and was very helpful and did everything possible even when we had issues transferring two devices and a line from another carrier.

Todd set up me up with the iPhone 8 today and took his time to make sure everything was transferred over and done correctly. I never felt rushed and he made sure to get me a good buy back rate for my iPhone 6S. Great customer service, I would recommend this Verizon store to others.

JD really helped me out of a bad situation. Very, very grateful. He even lowered my rate!! This is the most amazing guy ever. All other Verizon people wish they were like him!!

Employee Dave is fabulous! He is very knowledgable about the phone options, and helped my husband and me to analyze our data and minutes usage, to figure out the best plan for our family. He patiently answered our teen son's questions about different phones, and finding the best one to fit my son's minimum-wage job budget, without being condescending like a lot of adults are to teens. Dave is a gem and I'm so grateful that he was available to work with us!

Todd helped me and my husband find great phones and the best plan! I originally wanted a Pixel (which Todd picked up personally from a different store that had it in stock) but it just didn't work out for me after having it a few days. I called into the store about a week later to exchange it for an HTC and got it that very day. In and out with no problem with a fantastic phone! A+

I HIGHLY recommend making the extra trip downtown to this Verizon. Buying new phones on Black Friday can be a bit daunting for some, but we were willing to take advantage of the great deals and lower our monthly bill. The store manager, Tyler, took care of upgrading our plan and phones. He explained all benefits of the new plan and new payment options for the phones. He even ran the numbers a few different ways to make sure we were comfortable with what our monthly bill, as well as individual lines, would be. Being a long-time Verizon customer (10+ years), this was one of the best customer experiences I've had.
