Checked in before my appointment, and it took 30 min for unloading. Super fast delivery!

I was concerned about all the bad reviews I read but my experience was very good.

Had a PU appt at noon, got there at 11am and at 12:30 pm was loaded and out. Very happy about loading time. Thanks!

Not sure what these other bad reviews are from, but, other than it’s a really bad set up for unloading in the middle section;(extremely tight backing into a freaking dark garage! ) the people are super nice and friendly: from the gate security lady to the yard jockey, to the unloaded... sure, it takes a little while for a live unload.. but, where doesn’t it anymore???

This is cvs Simpledose a mail service if you want your rx delivered to your house the customer service is great and they are very quick to respond the only con is when trying to get through sometimes you have a longer wait time, but lately I have been waiting no longer than 5 minutes.

Really great and respectful people. I wish I could give 6 stars

Security seems nice. By appointment only. So if you think you can come up here early forget about it. The earliest you can be on the lot is 5am. Second entrance by the CVS sign. Plenty of room to maneuver. The docks are inside a garage so watch your doors.

If you have to you can park at the the closed Bob Evans. But there really no place to park going into the shipper.

Talented evening staff can be focused on their cell phone and still ring up a transaction. Lots of apathy, free of charge.

The one extra star is for the fast unloading! Other than that. The security guard named Darrell, has issues, has been giving truck drivers a hard time and attitude for no reason, just being he feels like it! Ive been coming here for 3 years.... every time is the same thing! They don't allow checking in more than 30 minutes of appointment time, NO restrooms, and on top of it all this frustrated guy acts like he owns the place unreasonably requires trucks to move ... today without even looking , came out of the restroom and ordered me to move the truck, i just made a straight line back and forth, and he said it was ok now! However if anyone from CVS read this comments they would have made improvements

This place is a BIG JOKE.
You people at the home office need to think about others who need there medication in place of obviously not caring about your customers. Yes you do not care or you would fix this BIG problem.
I go on hold every time I call. Today I was on hold for 20 minute's.
I called from (in the store) just to see. There was (no one) on the phone and I'm on hold. So they don't answer till they want to.
There is 3 to 5 people working in the pharmacy so there is no good reason that someone can't answer the phone.
Please fix this.

Had another stop. Warned the lumpers and they still took it off. Box was open. Missing items. Won't let you on the dock. So you cant watch. Horrible they steal stuff off your trailer . Careful

Store at 46th. keystone is good, store at 1535 Not Good! Everytime I deal with them they mess up Every Time! Do Not Recommend CVS!
