I know an employee that works he is very excellent at his job. Great company overall

I worked here for almost 3 years and had to quit due to the level of bullying and unprofessionalism from the women who work in the office. We also constantly got calls about the crew being unprofessional or even almost causing car accidents with horrible driving. (ps, if you call in about this, THEY DON'T CARE!) They basically only exist as a company to do contract work for AES. Avoid!

This company trespassed on my private property and were very rude when I asked them what they are doing on my property and why. From my perspective they borderline-harassed me by coming back to my property multiple days at different times of day after I told them not to reattempt without documentation, trying to bully me but never providing any info that said they had authority to access my property - which should be a reasonable request for a professional company to meet. About half year later at this point, neither the electric company they were contracted by and the city of Indianapolis never responded to my inquiries about proof that they’re authorized despite verbal claims that they are (presumably bc they are not actually allowed without the homeowners permission!). Only by being home at the right times, searching down contacts in multiple departments, and not giving in when they refused to provide documentation/apparently lied to me about being authorized did I prevent them from drilling in my property and installing a pole (possibly damaging my yard, tree, and pipes with no documentation, accountability, or conversation). Unfortunately they did this to others in my neighborhood who didn’t have a chance to stop them.

This company is installing electric poles on our property and no one has even reached out to us. I feel like this is a total violation of my rights as the property owner!!!!
