All of the people from Planes where very helpful and professional. I especially want to mention Mark and his crews. They were timely, handled my items with care and made quick work of loading and unloading all of the boxes and furniture.

Debbie made sure I knew what to expect and followed up to make sure I was happy with the crews and the entire process.

We moved across state lines with Planes and I would absolutely use their company again. They were professional, experienced, incredibly efficient, and went above and beyond for communication during pack and drop off of our things. They asked great questions during the pack process and I was confident our things would arrive undamaged (and they did!). Their coordinator kept in touch throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly.

A company that truly cares about their reputation is becoming an increasing rarity. My first hand experience with Planes has been nothing short of exceptional. From employee moral and coordination, its was very obvious that these employees are highly trained and love what they do for a living. No damage was done to any of my property and everyone had a smile on their faces while working. They cleaned up after themselves and was very courteous during the move as well. Should you ever need to move and you need it done carefully and with precision; planes is the way to go. Great job!!

The driver was excellent and the crew did a great job of not damaging walls (and only a few minor scratches on furniture) as they were carrying heavy furniture out of the old house and into the new house. We've unboxed the majority of things and so far nothing has been broken. We would definitely use Planes in the future and would highly recommend to others. Great experience for moving long distance.

The movers arrived at the scheduled time - as already notified a couple of days before-.
They set up all the necessary stuff to keep the interior of the house clean and to avoid scratches to the doors & walls.
They were efficient and quick, they left the house clean, and they were courteous.

These guys are awesome! I can not speak highly enough of them. They showed up promptly, were very light hearted but professional, did excellent work, and were just all around great guys. If you need to be moved and you have the opportunity to use them to help you I would recommend them 10/10.

I have moved 8 times with movers over the last 12 years - these two gentlemen were hands down, the best I have ever dealt with. They were VERY accommodating and went above and beyond. They were respectful to my wife and my 3 year old son, they worked diligently throughout their time spent there and had a great experience

This moving team was the best! Good communication, thorough packing and amazing loading and unloading. Planes has done our last three moves and we will be calling them if we need to move again!

So far everything has been moving VERY smoothly. Moving crew showed 15 minutes early and they started right-away. They were very nice, friendly, and professionals.

Delivery was fast and movers were very friendly. I got frequent updates on when my shipment would be arriving. If all moving companies were this efficient, I’d have no stress about moving.

Packers have been doing a great job. The subcontractor who boxed up the Sleep Number bed was able to get it disassembled and packaged in 30 minutes.

From initial contact through delivery of our household to our new home, Planes Moving and Storage did a fantastic job. Scott was our driver, and his packing, loading and unloading teams were the best we have had in four moves over the past seven years. We could not be more satisfied with their work.

The service was excellent! These guys helped me when I moved to Indiana and when I was leaving, and so far, it has been the best experience. I would recommend these guys to anyone! They were clean and organized, and they took care of everything!

The guys were a real pleasure to work with. David, the crew leader was professional and organized through the whole process. They worked with me as I had a few things to wrap up, and were respectful when I needed to move my cats to different part of the house. Thanks for a smooth and quick turnaround.

Their service is top notch. The first time I had their service was through my employer for a out of state move which went very well. The second time it was a personal and local move. The crew was super nice, fast and efficient. They are very professional, communication is great, the whole service was tracked, they also refunded for the time not used. I found the price a bit on the expensive side but due to the service they provided, I was okay with that.

Planes is great! They were on time, fast, and very careful of my belongings. I even received a partial refund because they were so efficient. Highly recommend them!
