Karen went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready by the end of the day! An unexpected problem with my tire locks caused a delay and Karen searched e very supplier she could find to get a new key and was able to get my car back to me in great time. James, the technician did a great job fixing my steering coupler and my car rides like new! Thanks Pep Boys!

We had a great experience. My car was towed in with a flat tire the day after Christmas. They were very busy, but told me they would get my tire fixed that day. My car was done when promised. They made it super quick and easy process.

Heard a noise while driving. Took the car to Pep Boys and they got us in immediately. They assessed the situation and made the necessary repair. Would visit this location again.

The manager was extremely helpful. Gave me a great deal on tires. Was in and out quickly. Have also had an alignment done there also. The quality and turn around time is consistent. Would highly recommend!

The shop was open on a Sunday, on Christmas Eve, and fixed our flat tire in about 30 minutes. Really, really appreciated their being open and able to help us out of a jam.

Fast, efficient and affordable. Guys inside were fun and helped pass the time easier. Will definitely be back!

Took care of my needs but I'm still waiting on more services that are need. Waiting on parts to come in it's been two weeks now.

We were passing through Indianapolis and realized we had very loose lug nuts on one of our tires. Chewy went above and beyond to make sure all tires were safe for us to continue. We appreciated his time and helpful nature. Thank you!!

Great service! Fast and friendly. I never felt like they were trying to over sell or charge me for what was very obviously emergency services. Staff answered all my questions and took time to explain things to me so I understood what was going on. Above all else the staff went out of their way to try and make this entire transaction as pleasant as possible. A great pick me up on a horrible Friday the 13th.

Wanted to schedule a last minute pre purchase used car inspection.
Not only did they help us in getting it done at 6 in the evening. They also were extremely thorough and didn’t overcharge us.
Would definitely recommend this auto shop for anything to do with your cars !

Had to switch locations from E Washington to Lafayette rd. Because of customer service I have to say it is very busy at this location and after dealing with the manager mark I know why. He had a sense of humor that was out of this world. Him and his crew are very friendly and they do a good job this will be my new location.

I was glad they were in my area I've been to them before they are Pleasant they did a good job I didn't know that I had so many problems with my car or my SUV they showed me love they were patient with me even my daughter who's got a big mouth but God is still good I love them and I appreciate what they did for me you guys be blessed and thank you so much

I found Pep Boys services to be top of the line. I used them when I lived in VA. They will take good care of your automobile. I found the same courtesy at the IN location. Glad they are all over the U.S.

Thank you so much, Mark! Such kind and compassionate service! Leaving the Children's Museum with my grandchildren my car wouldn't start. Said key wasn't detected. Thankfully chose to have it towed to this store and it was fixed by evening and I could pick it up. Turned out battery had a lot of corrosion and just needed cleaned!

I couldn't be happier with the service the Mark and his team provided me when I purchased 4 new tires. Pep Boys was my 4th and final stop when trying to purchase tires. 2 of the other 3 were completely out of stock on 20" tires and the 3rd tire shop was extremely high priced.

While the process took a little longer than I had originally anticipated, they were extremely busy but I was shopping for quality and not speed. Mark went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy before I left.

I will definitely go back to this Pep Boys location in the future for any automobile needs.
