Capital Used Tires Mobile Service - Emergency Roadside Assistance

Heard a popping sound and then my car started sounding like the tire was flat. I inspected tire from outside and didn’t notice anything. The tire pressure on my on dash computer did not register anything out of the ordinary, just low pressure. So I went to add air to the tire and that’s when I saw the images below. 🤦🏾‍♀

Thankfully, Mr. Kenny and his adorable doggies were at this shop. He was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled. He removed whatever this was that I apparently ran over, plugged my tire, and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. The entire experience was less than $20, and it was only close to that because Mr. Kenny deserved a nice tip.

Highly recommend this shop if you find yourself in need of a tire repair.

Great service!! My daughter needed her tire replaced, we called Capital Used Tires Mobile Service. They came out and replaced the tire and she was on her way. The gentleman who came out was friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

My rear passenger tire was losing air pressure and these guys were able to find the issue and fix it promptly AND they charged a very reasonable price for the repair... definitely a customer for life!!!

I could not have had a better experience than I had today. I went looking for a used tired to replace a slow leaking tire (caused by two different punctures and I was told by a different "national" auto repair shop that it couldn't be repaired). Well "D." said that it could be repaired and he did just that. He even said if my tire starts to leak again I could come back and get the used tire and apply the cost of the tire repair towards the tire. I couldn't lose. Customer service at it's best. Just left here. Had 2 tires replaced on my Mazda2. Just under 70 bucks for tread that will get me through winter. Great service, nice people and conversational. Was in and out in under 30min. I definitely recommend over other places...

They were extremely crowded so I had to be somewhat patient. Workers seemed knowledgeable and we're very friendly. The owner was customer service oriented and I got a very good deal on 4 tires. I will give all my tire business to them from now on.

When I stopped to put air in my tire the associate informed me that my rim was cracked and for my safety I needed to repair it. I love the repair job and would highly recommend because of the quality job that was done.

One of the Best place in Indy to get your tires! Affordable and great quality. They won’t send you home with a poor tire! They Definitely know what they’re doing! Also, the best customer service. Recommendable for everyone.

Have had tire leaks fixed here multiple times. Quick stop though they like to overinflate your tire so measure and let out some air later. My tires require 36 psi and every time they inflate to 40. If it's for the fix to take or something, I don't know. They never explained why, never asked either. Also, don't expect a coffee while you wait, or a clean bathroom, but do expect a $10 tire fix!

Had a good ole time talking to birdman. They thought they sold the last 18in tire, to the lady right before me, but managed to find a good used tire the same size. Even though they were about to send me away they continued looking and got me together quick. in and out, no hassle, good workers.

Took my vehicle to Firestone to have a flat fixed and they said they couldn't fix it and wanted to srll me 2 new tires. I then brought my vehicle to Capital and they took the tire off and found the issue really quick. Capital was able to patch it really quick and had me back on the road. They saved me a bunch of money. Thank you so much I am definitely recommending to all my friends and family.

The men are fantastic!! I drove by at least five tire places on 38th Street that might have been more convenient, but these guys have always treated me exceptionally well. Their prices are great also!

Had a flat and had my spare put on right before pulling in here. It was flat. They were so polite. $1 for air. They even took my real tire and found what was wrong with it! So nice! Thank you!!

I have been hunting for used tires for an old pickup that we use only for hauling and projects. The current tires have dry rot. The gentleman at Capital told me that there is no issue with driving on tires that have dry rot provided the treads are still good. Really appreciated the advice and him not trying to sell us something unnecessarily. When we do need tires, he will get our business.

I love Capital! I've been on a bad luck tire binge for a while and they've helped me every time! I love how they keep ya laughing when ya stressing! I'm pretty sure they're sick of seeing me :) but I know I can always come to them and be taken care of. I recommend them 👌
