Awesome place to work. Great equipment, both tractors and trailers). Mostly Freightliner, but I love my Freightliner lol. Typically out for the week and back home on the weekend. This all depends on where you live. Good mix of live load/unload to d/h ratio. Everyone is kind and treats you like a person. Pay is weekly every Friday. Pay is typical for a regional position. I would recommend them. Great people, Great company, great place to work.

Been here a month and a half now. I came from a Mega carrier. Can't begin to describe the amount of freedom you get when switching to a smaller company. Josh and Will have become like brothers to me, ones I actually like anyway. They do what they say they will. Pay is great to good, like any place it depends on how hard you want to run. Equipment is great and well taken care of. The guys in the shop are also top notch. They did some work on my truck, albeit minor work, but I was in and out in 30 minutes. They replaced all the batteries, wiper blades, washer fluid cap, greased things and did a check in the time it took me to walk my dog and make a sandwich for lunch. They've gotten me home when I needed to be there without question. Josh just makes it happen. I actually enjoy trucking again.
