No problems at all. Quick easy drop and hook. Easy entry. Nice and roomy although trailer spots are a little tight. Did the Indy terminal and the Fontana terminal. Indy is even bigger better.

Brought in two new pup trailers from Wabash. Fast and easy check in and friendly mechanics.

They are fast and super nice. They are next to fedex. The office is around back (sticking out from the docks). Bills and seal may be in the back of the trailer you are picking up

My item arrived at the Indianapolis terminal yesterday morning. I received a call yesterday afternoon to schedule the delivery today. The driver called before arriving, and was extremely helpful and polite! I am VERY pleased with the experience I received! Super fast delivery! Thank you so much!

New facility. Push the call box button after hours and they open the gate. There is a phone number on the glass door directly infront of the gate too call.

They sent me around the backside of the building. You will see some racks filled with propane tanks. Stop there and there will be a set of stairs next too them. Go in there to the receiving window.

They will direct you where to drop your trailer. I found very few trailers from other companies. They had a few outside the main gate in the parking lot. So if you are with a different company assume you will need too go somewhere else if you need an empty.

I had a great experience there. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Quick drop and hook. The shipping clerk was fast and efficient.

From P/U-DEL standpoint. Awesome. Couldn't ask for a better experience. In and out in 18 minutes. Could even be faster if the fat man that bust and hooks the sets would work quicker. Since that fat man is me. I can tell you for sure, it ain't gonna happen.

They were very helpful with my package and took great care of it until I picked it up. Would definitely do business again.
