There is some streets with No Truck Route so make Sure Follow Truck Route Streets.
And Specifically Entrance For Building Very Sharp Right Turn.

Do not try to park overnight in the lot. I tried and at 2am someone knocked my door and told me to leave. Park in front of the warehouse, der is a empty lot. Opens up 8am. Got dock right away and unloading started in 10 minutes.. shipper was fast and unloading done in 45 to 60 minutes. My appointment was 9:30.. do not wait for your appointment time and just go as early as you can. Go 8am and they will give u dock.

Nice place to get deliver quickly. Park your Semi truck and trailer overnight at just opposite big lot empty and waiting for you right now. Can't say about it's future

Such an amazing and great place. They unload the trailer very quickly even I reached there 9 hours early around 9:30pm instead of morning appointment 7::00am

Opens @ 8 am, FCFS. Entrance on Franklin Road if you come through 465 to N Shadeland Exit then right on 21st stree8t thenget to Franklin Rd. Shipping/Receiving behind the building and office is next to dock 1. Quick loading and unloading.

If you have domtar paper, this is delivering location. Be prepared to have t.l.i drivers jump ahead of you,while your trying to park and get out of the way so I wouldn't be blocking driveway, and driver being behind me walks in leaving truck in driveway. I guess he has driver appreciation for others, thanks t.l.I

I showed up 1/2 hour before apt time. Was given a door and unloaded within 1 hour.
No overnight parking or after empty(not enough space)
