This location has had its fair share of problems. It’s very busy and staff turnover is high. With that being said the new manager Jacob is hardworking. Seems like he’s turning this location around. It’s not easy as I’ve seen lots of rude members who think they can do whatever they want. Overall the gym is as clean as it can be with how many people are in & out of the place daily.

I've been coming to the gym for about month. Fairly clean and sign up was easy. Just understand the squat machine is always full in the afternoon and evenings. You will have to go in the mornings. The picture are 6:30 am on a weekday. Weekend mornings are pretty empty until 10 am.

I'm thrilled with my experience at Planet Fitness in Greenwood, IN. The staff are great. The availability of equipment is fantastic. If only they would NOT show Fox News national on their TVs. Too much misinformation coming from that channel.

I went on a Monday and Tuesday morning while passing through Mentor. It wasn't busy. Staff were welcoming. Great location.

For the price, Planet Fitness is worth it. The Hardegan location has friendly staff, and the equipment is mainly available if you don't go at peak times. I've always enjoyed my time at this gym and would recommend to others who need a supplemental exercise facility!

Plenty of cardio equipment. Very clean and maintained establishment. PF app is simple and crowd meter is accurate. Staff is always welcoming and polite.

This location has great staff, always clean and equipment is up to date and working! I’ve paid a lot more at other gyms and Planet Fitness beats them!

My first day there, they were very helpful with setting up my new acct. Lots of useful equipment. It will help me stay in shape post-op.

The staff here is very very good at their job. From the moment you step in they are friendly and positive which helps the experience right away. This location has a great vibe and it makes your training feel great, safe, and more effective with the vibe being so laid back. Whatever your training level, this gym will definitely add a positive experience to your journey!

Staff are friendly, and assist clients as needed. Club atmosphere is peace and gives people the space to do what they need to do.

Friendly staff who really work to keep the place clean. New digital treadmills, plentiful, well-spaced equipment. This club has lots of space and a broad range of members from all age groups. Good locker room, large bathroom with changing stalls. Several tanning and massage rooms.

Love the atmosphere, and the people are friendly. Tanning beds get new bulbs frequently!

I started at 220 pounds after 6 months enjoying planet fitness Im at 156pda and I had a great time in my judgefree zone Cheryl

I started going back to the gym after 3 years.. this location is by far still the best in Indy/Greenwood. Most of the staff is young but they’re so funny and pleasant to interact with. Everyone there has made me feel very welcome on my renewed fitness journey. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
