AT&T Store

Cole was an exceptional, sweet, knowledgeable professional. He spent a little extra time with me to get my contacts, etc. out of the cloud. It was very appreciated as I'm not as tech savvy as I would like to be. Excellent job, Cole!

We were in this weekend and worked with Amanda!! She was wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable, helped us through 2 upgrades and adding a line! Half way through our lengthy visit we realized that she could have given us to another associate and gotten to leave early that day, but she made the choice to stay and help us instead! We appreciated your willingness to do that, you made our experience a great one!! Your above and beyond work ethic is admirable! Thank you so much! We are happy to be a part of the AT&T family!

Amanda was great!! Super helpful, patient, and friendly. I hate the process of changing phones but she was awesome & made it super easy. I definitely recommend going to her if you visit the AT&T store on 31 by the mall!

I went into the store when there was a nationwide outage as well as my SIM card was apparently messed up. Justin R was so helpful and kind as I was in a panic. He fixed my phone and I was back on the road quickly. Great Service!

My family and I recently switched to AT&T after 20 years with another carrier. Justin was great from the get go. His knowledge and customer service skills far exceeded our expectations. We literally closed down the store! Hence the reason it's empty in the photos. However, Justin patiently stayed well past closing time along with his manager Mateo to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we were 100% happy with our transition. I have waited a little over a week to post this review to see how AT&T's 5G service upheld and we are so pleased we just switched our home internet to AT&T yesterday 🙃 Thank you Justin, Mateo & Brandon for being patient, knowledgeable and for FINALLY assisting us in obtaining a service that we can actually utilize and that we are beyond satisfied with! Blake went above and beyond to help my brother in law with his phone. Would highly recommend this young man to help you with a new phone purchase and anything else the store provides. Very nice in store experience and an easy location. Give this experience a 10!!

We had the best experience with Jordan! He helped us transfer lines and add some Apple Watches to our plan. Super helpful guy, definitely recommend asking for him when you walk in! 🤪

I came in a day prior and spoke to Amanda about pricing for a new phone line and transferring my number from Verizon. I made an appointment with her the next day to set up the new account and she was more than helpful with everything. She answered every question I had and then some. Overall it was a very flawless and pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning to her if I have any further questions or problems.

I have always had a great experience when I come in! Lovely served me today and was absolutely wonderful, answered all my questions and helped navigate me in which upgrade was best for me. I always recommend this store cause they always do an amazing job!

We worked with Bailey. He was very helpful, excellent salesmanship, very informative, explained everything clearly, took his time with us and stayed with us the whole time we were in the store. I was with a different company and my phone just went dead and was a brick . I went through a lot of unnecessary efforts to port my number over from previous company . Kathy and Lovely had handled the situation. They made the calls and talked to different departments of the former phone carrier. They both said " we will take care of this !" And they did . I got my new phone with my old number and they even helped me save all my info ! I will only go to this store ! I felt in great hands .

Everybody inside was very nice, especially Damien. He answered all of our questions. Made the switch very smooth and easy all around great experience fantastic staff.

Jordan did a fantastic job at the AT&T store on 31 in Greenwood Indiana. He deserves a 15% raise and a $500 stipend bonus for today. As well as his boss Emily who should get $1000 bonus because she’s going to buy lunch.

Wow! Have been an ATT&T customer for along time and never have I had a more seamless experience then I did today . Myself along with my family (4 total) went in to upgrade phone. Bailey was beyond helpful in making this happen. He was not only knowledgeable but patient and kind. We all left with everything we needed and phones all ready to go.
