Really disappointed with this agency! No one ever answers the phone and you’re lucky to get a call back in a timely manner. Have left messages for simple things like address changes and they never get handled. Definitely recommend avoiding

I personally do not recommend this agency. Not only did they not help me create an online account, they also ignored my calls numerous times, I left numerous messages regarding my monthly payment and basically went silent for months resulting my account getting closed out. When I finally got a hold of HR after several months of the agency not calling back, they told me I could no longer have an account until I get insured elsewhere for 6 months because of this agency’s lack of communication. Do not recommend.

I wish I could give a negative star review. We started with them 18yrs ago and whenever you have an issue they will not be there to communicate much less help. Worst experience ever, I hope people read this and take their business elsewhere. They just take your money and go ghost on you...
