Went to pick up an online order. Took about 5 minutes. Fairly fast. Store was clean and I did not have any issues.

I want to give credit where it’s deserved. Associate Ben always welcomes me with a nice greet and asked if I need help finding anything! His customer service is 10⭐ EVERY SINGLE TIME! Also, the manager is always running her butt off and is always willing to help! This store is very clean and organized! My favorite Walgreens!

The best Pharmacy tech is April. She is understanding and patient

I was on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes before finally hanging up. It was a Tues afternoon. They couldn't have been THAT busy.

If I had the option for zero, I would have rated it zero. Two weeks ago, I make an appointment for immunizations. I get confirmation of my appointment and appropriate reminders via text messaging.

When I arrive at Walgreens, I am told by the pharmacy tech that they ran out of the drugs the day before. No text. No phone call. Nothing to tell me not to come in. Total waste of time.

Sam’s Club to the rescue. They had both immunizations and got me in within 30 minutes of my call. Will not use Walgreens again.

The pharmacy is so worried about their damn lunch break that they can’t service their customers prescription needs. The rude tech blond who answered the drive thru window literally rolled down the shade “closed” while speaking to us saying you need to come back after 2pm because we are on lunch. I’ll take my business elsewhere missy! And you, you deserve to be fired! How RUDE! Shame on you!

Scheduled my vaccines here and was told without insurance it was gonna cost me $155. Walgreens is part of the Bridge Access Free Vaccine program and they made no attempts to tell me this so I had to find out later on and schedule at a different Walgreens. There are several Walgreens in the area, avoid this one.

At this Walgreens pharmacy 2 prescription drops off waiting to be processed for 1 hour. And then I go to cvs 25 minutes after I get my medicine.

It's obvious the pharmacist is trying to discourage people from filling prescriptions here so she has less work to do. That is the only logical explanation I can think of.

Very unhappy and dissapointed with the cashier working on 6/21/2023. Did not want to accept a tax exemption because the product did not "fit" her profile of me. Truly a racial act that was shameful for us.

Not open advertised hours always. Sometimes close early! In addition, they’re always short on staff and close the drive thru. Ridiculous way to run a business.

WALGREENS CORPORATE: Pay your pharmacists so CVS doesn’t keep taking them paying them sign on bonuses and better salaries. Hire more Pharmacy Tech’s and PAY THEM A COMPETITIVE WAGE to keep them!!!!

Or don’t and close your pharmacies because the way they’re being run currently as of 2023 is beyond ridiculous. Poor customer service.

Absolutely terrible. Covid vaccines are more important than people’s prescriptions. Not enough staff, can take DAYS to get a prescription filled and the staff is RUDE. I’d find a different pharmacy. This pharmacy USED to be absolutely amazing. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Pharmacy staff are extremely slow and not to friendly. Would recommend CVS..
