I just wanted to say "thank you" to Rhonda and all of the staff that took care of picking up a playset for me. I had been working with Home Depot corporate for nearly two months to get it picked up, but to no avail. I called this local Greenwood store and Rhonda was kind and helpful. Not only that, but they came and picked up the playset the same day! I will be using this Home Depot in the future for my home improvement needs. The staff went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

Nice clean place...friendly staff after you find them. Prices are a little higher than similar nearby stores, but checkout was very quick.

The staff at the Greenwood Home Depot were super friendly and very helpful. Ethan was eager to assist us getting a large order loaded up on my trailer.

I visit home 🏡 depot whenever I need things for my home. It's close to me so it's convenient. I drive past it going to work and from work. I had to pick up some glue for home repair i wasn't for sure where it was. I ask associates who was able to point me in the right direction. Also purchase other items. Didn't pay a whole lot either. It also helps to have a home depot credit card.

I was looking for a particular rolling tool cabinet that said it was in stock but we couldn't find it. Sabrina from the customer service counter walked the store to help us try to find it and when we couldn't she placed the order for us to pick it up later. The next day I unfortunately found that it had a dent in the bottom corner when I took it back Sabrina helped us again with the return and placing an order for a new. Even said when we pick it up again we will unbox it at the store to make sure it's good. Great customer service all around from a great employee.

I normally go to their closest competitor because in the past I've found their customer service is better. That is not the case here. Everyone I've talked to was very friendly and helpful, but anyone can do that...they actually understood what I was looking for,, knew their product and right where I could find them. Michelle was warm, friendly and professional and helped me on a couple different occasions. I was so impressed, that I got the store manager and let him know he's got one heck of a good team.

Ok place. No help until I got to appliances. There was an older gentleman who assisted me there. He was very knowledgeable about their products. Friendly, professional. I ended up not buying a mi rowave but he still was a great help. I like shopping here when other hardware stores don't have what I'm looking for. Ok prices. Good hours. Have bottled water too. Thanks to them having water test kits I found out my water at my new house is terrible to drink. The test was free to check. Recommend this store.

I went in to buy a washer and dryer , the man who helped me i didn't get his name i only have a salesperson number. But he was super nice , helpful and informative. I was in and out! I used to be a lowes girl but after this experience ill definitely be taking all future purchases to home depot!

I just worked with Savannah on the online chat to help me locate purchases that I did online in 2019. She was quick and efficient and sent me a bunch of emails that I needed to do taxes. I hope you give her a promotion and a raise!

Had what I need. At a good price, i was asked if I needed help a few times.

When getting the things needed to redo the landscaping at my place of work- I came here because they had what I needed in stock!

Anyways- when answering questions, helping me get the right thing I wanted, and helping me get it to my car, everyone was so helpful and nice!! I will remember this when buying future outdoor supplies!!

I love this store! I found everything I needed (plus some extras) and the prices are very competitive to other places. The associates here were very friendly and helpful too.
